The fuel amount indicated on the contract was not correct. The truck had an overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke that triggered an asthma attack which I am still dealing with free driving the truck for about 30 minutes. I had to wear a gas mask to drive it back.

I was so glad that I could return the truck to a place that was opened until 8 p.m and deal with a real person. I did not like the idea of using the lock box option. The other drop-off locations in Waynesboro, PA closed at noon on Saturday so I drove a few extra miles in order to avoid the dropbox.

The truck was clean bur needed maintenance. There was an issue with the truck not driving as it should. Truck pulled to the right. Had a couple of close calls due to this issue.

The blankets I rented were wet and extremely dirty. They had leaves and tree branches in them. One blanket even had mud diver bees nests in them. This is the worst uhaul location I’ve ever been to.

The uhaul was delivered with the truck bed not swept clean. It wasn’t terrible, but if I’m required to return the truck swept-clean, it should be delivered to me in that condition.

This was not my preferred location as it was 10 miles further from my house; but I was paying mileage and ended up paying more because of UHaul. I don't think I should have had to pay for the extra mileage due to this.

The employee could not work the uhaul machine to get me going. It took over an hour to do everything. They explained to me about the truck needing to be cleaned before we bring it back. Which it should be. When I started loading the truck over head we had to walk in half the truck that was sticky. I actually had to mop the floor of the truck before i could put anything in it.

This gentleman charged me almost 70+ miles. When I started driving I looked down and the mileage was 59,270. I never looked at the paper which stated 59,208. This gentleman's reply when I stated the mileage was wrong was "you should have looked at the paper." With a smile on his face and a chuckle at the end. This IS NOT OK. I WILL DO EVERYTHING IN MY POWER TO MAKE SURE NOONE I KNOW SHOPS OR DOES BUSINESS AT THE QUINCY MINI MART. I will never use U-Haul again unless this is given attention!

The owner of the Quincy mini mart was very helpful.

There was only one attendant and he made me wait about 40 minutes as he had at least a dozen customers paying for gas, buying cigarettes, buying lottery or cooked meals. He never apologized for making me wait so long. Meanwhile his wife was somewhere in the back instead of coming to help the customers.

We also got lucky with the drop off point. Once again, the gentleman was extremely kind, considerate, and very helpful. I would highly recommend either of these two places. However, I would absolutely not recommend calling u-haul directly due to the nature of the unpleasant woman on the phone.

Gentleman I dealt with was extremely helpful even after the issues I had during pick up at another location. He assisted me without me even asking for his help contacting the necessary people regarding my pre-trip issues. Excellent gentleman. I could not thank him enough and commend him on his customer service.

This location was terrible. We have rented uhauls many times with no issue but this location was dirty and unprofessional. We had reserved furniture pads which were not ready. When we asked for them they were stored outdoors and were very dirty. When we got them home the first one we pulled out had a full out bees nest in it which we noticed before getting stung and were able to stamp it out and get the bees away, but my husband is allergic and this could have been a very bad situation. We were very disappointed as well because we had requested a site right up the street and it got changed 12 hours before pick up and luckily I noticed it in the email because I was not called to be told that the pickup location had been changed. This location was about 8 miles from my house, so we ended up with $16 extra on our bill because we were switched to a far location. It was not a good experience at all and I was highly disappointed.

It was supposed to be at a gulf gas station. Name change, not a u haul in sight. Directions also wrong. Need to fix

I feel I was way overcharged for this uhaul, it was a local move, and the mileage on the truck was to pick it up AND to take it back all the way out in Quincy at the Mini Mart. I am not happy, I got charged over $80 for a $29.95 truck!! It also used too much gas to go to that place, you should have had the truck transported to a more local location for me. And like on the other reviews, which I thought was for the both locations. It's was above average. But in the drop off situation the store had a fast food and carry out that was delicious and right on time due to fact we were very hungry after all the moving.

When I arrived at 2PM on Saturday, there was no one in the store. Several local vehicles came thru to do business, but likewise left without joy. I called the 800 number in my paperwork and the attendant told me to disconnect and leave the trailer at Quincy Mini Mart. That advice and service was greatly appreciated.

The location has a rather shabby appearance. The person who administered the location did not speak clear English (difficult to understand). Initially, the odometer on the truck with the return mileage was misread, and I was told that I had driven > 400 miles, when in fact, I had driven 183 miles (within the limits of the rental).

Anil lied. Sue, on the traffic department promised 3 doz pads would be free. Anil claimed he only had 1 doz and charged us. He told us the dolly would be fre and charged us as well. He read the notes in the computer and told me to call Sue and have her reverse the charges. Very disappointing. I was told one thing as Anil, your representative at the location would not uphold that even though he saw it as a note in the computer. LIARS!!! All they want to do is take your money and tell you to call someone else.

Truck covered in snow and frozen snow on windshield which was very heavy and stuck to wiper blades. Should have been cleared off and not by me. Parking lot has so much water that getting to the truck and was difficult and when I did get to the truck I had to climb in the snow.

Not location's fault, but truck's engine light came on when we started the truck, and stayed on for entire trip. Worried that there would be a problem during the 50-mile trip. Required a second car to accompany truck to destination.
