When I went to pick up truck it was completely empty the red light was on... I was told I had to supply the gas and return it with 1/4 Evan though I got it empty!!!! Not cool!!! When I dropped off the truck the guys just asked for the keys... and said I’d be receiving a e-mail for my charges...My credit card was changed 30 dollars over the final bill was sent to me... I only used 56 mile and was charged for 80.. I would appreciate a credit on my credit card....

No i will not I turned in the truck on Monday didn't get nothing to show me anything was done with and than I had to go back there the next day to find out he didn't even turn the truck in yet and couldn't call because the store phone was broken and when he did it they charge my card again for mile which was already pay for so no in not happy about this at all.

Charged me for $20 of gas when I filled it up extra to make sure it was at 3/8 of a tank. Said the total would be $94 and the bill is $145. You dont know what they charge untill a day later. Total bait and switch BS

Have trucks ready for customers. Operators need training on dealing with customers. Vehicles need serious maintenance and locking gas caps. Mine had no gas , smelled of bad cigarettes and needed a bath. Waited for 30 minutes and bought my own gas.

Please be sure that the merchant understands how to initiate the rental of a truck and also to end the rental process. I spent days after returning the truck attempting to end the sale. I received a text from the merchant asking me where the truck was 2 days after I returned it. It took 4 days for the payment to go through my bank.

Inside the van had fastfood bits on the floor and napkins, not mine. People who rented it were so nice though. I asked for an overnight rental from another location but he only reserved 4 hours for me. I ended up needing the extra time and they made that easy for me to keep it. The first location that made the reservation for me said he had to go get a lock for another customer at a storage unit, I understand that but after waiting with it raining and we had a toddler about five minutes, he came back in and then answered the phone before helping us after we waited for him to finish that, then he told us he didnt have a small truck or van and then answered the phone again before doing our reservation. I know answering the phone is most likely a store policy, as a customer it comes off as very rude and they should send their calls to a slow store, in my opinion. It was extremely expensive 177.00 less then 75 miles and less then 24 hours rental with asking for the cheapest insurance, 10ft van. Quite a difference from the 19.95.

Make sure someone else stuff is removed from truck before renting it to someone and maybe put fuel in the vehicle that was completely empty at rental. Worst rental in my life ever

There was a homeless person living in the truck I was supposed to rent. As it turned out, I wanted to rent a larger truck, and this process went well. The only issue was, I had to clean out the back of the truck which was full of boxes and bottles apparently from store stocking inventory items. The area has homeless people, which is okay with me, and I was solicited twice, once for money and once for a job helping me move things.

I opened the box truck to find standing water, mud, and cigarettes inside. No one did a walk around to validate the condition of the vehicle or that the equipment rented was in place. When I returned the vehicle I was told to contact the 800 number to complete the return. I asked multiple times about someone validating my mileage and fuel usage but there was no one there to do so. Just all around a bad business model and horrific experience. I would not recommend Uhaul to anyone if this is how honest people are being treated. I received a $149 bill for less than 2 hours of usage. The statement showed 65 miles driven in that time while still having to load and unload the truck. Let alone the $30 for fuel usage. I stayed local and drove the truck a total of 8 miles. Please be advised of deceitful transactions taking place at this facility.

The person working there didn't know how to do uhaul returns and had to call the store owner for help. Ultimately, I got no receipt for the returned vehicle and i just walked out of the store leaving them with the keys. Two hours later, i got an email receipt. Don't use uhaul, ever.

Gas station attendant said “just give me the keys” I asked if there was anything else I needed to do he said “nope” then I got a phone call a few hours later asking why I haven’t returned the truck... so he never reported that I returned it. Very unprofessional and sketchy place.

Have all reps read the notes that are entered. I told the pick up guy that the tank was NOT 3/4 full but 5/8 full and he made the not in the system. Then after returning the truck I was charged 18 dollars for gas! I don't know what else I could have done, now I have to spend now time on hold to fix the issue.

This was a convenience store gas station and it was close to home. The gentleman behind the counter was courteous and got me checked out of there as quickly as possible.

Wow! Great customer service. We were in and out very quickl, and we were offered a cup of coffee while attending to the paperwork. Highly recommended! And you can get some donuts for the road!

Location did not have the moving blankets I reserved, but charged me for them anyway. Could not find my reservation and tried to have me take someone else's reservation. Did not go over the contract with me at all. Did not have me sign the contract - the guy signed my name for me and handed me the paperwork without going over anything. Didn't even tell me which truck was mine - I just had to walk through the lot and find which truck matched my key. I would not return here.

Moving while in the military is already stressful enough, but this place just made it that much more difficult. After returning the truck, I was charged $136 dollars. I called to ask what it was for and was given attitude by someone named Rachel about how I turned the truck with the gas "WAY under" what I was supposed to. I dropped it off with the exact amount that my contract said, but she said her computer wasn't working so "sorry I cant help you, have a nice day". I was furious and headed up there to see if her computer was working then, and of course it was, and of course they made a mistake. If I hadn't driven an hour to this wretched place, I would have been scammed 136 dollars. I was eventually refunded, which is why I'm giving 2 stars, but never in my life would I ever use this place again. Talk about some major added stress on an already stressful move.

I ordered the truck and expected to pick it up at Shoreline address. I got two messages that said I had to go to Marysville or Auburn. Your phones are so busy I didn’t get thru until late at night. Going to Marysville was 1 1/2 hours extra for me. Not appreciated at all.

Old style technology didn’t work, received a invoice after payment that said payment “0.00” after our card was manually entered and approved. Had to ask the guy to write paid in full with his initials. Charged us for equipment he didn’t have available (furniture dolly & moving pads) asked for refund said he’ll put it back on card. Let’s hope. Won’t go through uhaul online ever again. Had us on the run around and BTW Clock Stirsge in Marysville WA does NOT have uhaul on premises ( even though there’s a sign that is on their window says Uhaul. We were originally given that destination to pick up, when we showed the lady behind the desk looked like we fell out of the sky and said “we don’t do Uhaul.” Then I checked for registration email conf. and low and behold a email sending us to a different place of which the guy took 45 MINUTES!! to complete the rental. Not pleased at all.
