We were given the worst trailer on the lot. The trailer door was broken and the wiring was severed for the running lights. Lights and door we didn't know were broken until we got the trailer loaded and we're trying to leave our house. At 10 at night we were forced to fix our own trailer lights since we didn't have ANY running lights. Worst uhaul experience ever for the money it cost for the trailer. Uhaul here in NJ was excellent getting help about the issues not helpful at all in Texas. Do not rent from these people if you get the insurance they will give you the worst one possible to get off there lot and take care of their issues.Brendon H.

Even though I didn't need any moving blankets or a dolly they had everything I needed right there. Great service and easy to deal with.Randall Q.
Had made an appointment for a pickup time. The trailer was not ready and apparently, UHaul reservations had not notified the pickup location that a reservation had been made. Had to wait for the UHaul guy to return the store and then had to wait for the trailer to be prepped for pickup. The pickup location did not have ANY furniture pads (or other moving supplies) and had to drive across town to the main UHaul store to pick up the moving pads. They had plenty of trailers there - it would have been MUCH EASIER to just go to the mail location and pick everything up at once... ...and this was after making the original reservation for pickup in Dumas, Texas, but 3 days later, UHaul was unable to fulfill the original agreement.Dwight D.
