Clerk was all over the place I waited 30 mins because he kept taking care of other people instead of finishing me. Then his whole attitude sucked when he tried to argue with me over a mileage cost he became very rude trying to over talk me and then had the nerve to cut me off and help someone else……: Don’t go here at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The truck seat wouldn't move. App check-in/check-out took way too long

Truck was filthy half full beverage containers in cup holders spilled beverages. Had to gas up before leaving lot had 35 miles till empty. Last time I rented a uhaul it was full when I picked it up and full when I dropped it off. The 24/7 app didn't recognize my rental when dropping off.

It appears that online registeration did little to speed up the rental process. I'll not do it next time. I don't know if it was the U-Hall website or this rental location, but duplication of effort cost me 15 minutes - with my rental clock running!

The truck I reserved was not available. I needed a 15’ truck and was offered a van (only option available). We had to make multiple trips, which was fine but was told I would get a discount and didn’t receive one. The van served its purpose in the end. All in all though, my experience with U-Haul and the location I picked up from has been very pleasant and professional. Would highly recommend

THEY DIDN'T GIVE A RECEIPT WHEN I PAID AND PICKED UP THE TRUNK, NOR A RECEIPT WHEN I RETURNED THE TRUNK. THEY DID NOT SPEAK ENGLISH AND SAID THEY DOD NOT HAVE A PRINTER TO PRINT RECEIPTS. I WOULD HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL THE OWNER SENT ME A RECEIPT VIA MY EMAIL

Could not understand what I was saying, truck was very dirty, the truck was on E for gas was there for over an hour trying to get the truck when I did everything on line the return was a nightmare will never go to this place for a rental and u will for sure tell everyone about this Experience

Uhaul rep indicated he would input that the trailer was returned. I did try returning it in the Uhaul app but after 15 minutes it would not upload the location. I received a phone call 2 days later wondering where my overdue equipment was.

As renting the uhaul on line and my uhaul being clean was a good experience, the location itself was disappointing. It took longer then usual to check out. Which should of been a simple check in took longer then usual because they said their Internet was not up and running. And there was no kiosk for just uhaul the one running it was also running the gas station so I had to wait while he was checking out customers. I choose the location due to convience but would of took the chance going elsewhere if it meant checking in and out ease. I get unexpected things occur but this location could of been better equipped.

The lock box didn't work for pick up. It was very frustrating. The app was not helpful either. Very little information provided. Not my best experience with UHaul.

Quick and easy drop off. Store clerk moved quickly and efficiently to help me un-hook the trailer. However, there was a little downward grade/slope at the point of drop off. Luckily, I saw this and insisted on using a block under the tire so the 6×12 trailer didn't slam in the back of my truck or harm one of us physically.

I was disappointed with the rates. 20 dollars a day is a complete scam and false advertising.. It's ridiculous that a company has to lie to bring in business.. I also have full coverage insurance and they even charge me for that. Never again.

The location was dirty and not maintained. The clerk stated that the truck was there, but was unavailable as his computer system was down. So I then signed up for digital pick up so I didnt need the clerks assistance. Not impressed.

The first location told me they would not be present and available at my time of so I changed my pickup location. The second location did not have a working computer or a working laptop to access the U-Haul site to process my order and I had to wait for someone else off site to finish it for them.

They provided me with a broken appliance dolly which I didn’t notice until it failed as I was pulling a refrigerator up a set of stairs the pulley seysten on right side failed bit into stair and fell to the right crushing my foot , i have tried to rest the foot/ankle but fear I sustained a possible fracture and believe I should seek medical attention now, I don’t know how a piece of equipment meant to move heavy and dangerous objects can be given to a customer with a clear conscience, I was seriously injured and all that was offered was $10 refund ?? Not acceptable and just neglect for human safety ! Long time U-Haul customer and now very unhappy and injured

When I got to the location they told me I could not get the uhaul as a computer was done. After I saw someone else get a uhaul. I asked to speak with a manager. The employee called someone and they came in to help me. It took about an hour to even leave with the uhaul. Will not use this place again. Pretty terrible customer service.

I spent considerable time setting up my rental and loaded the U-Haul app to my phone and when I arrived the truck was not ready and the guy at the counter had me wait at least 20 minutes before helping me and made me go through the registration process from the beginning. He didn't let me do the normal check in using the app and provided NO paperwork. I took photos prior to the rental to protect myself. This place is a joke. I have previously rented a vehicle from other locations and have not had any issues including Toledo, OH that was run very well. I was able to check the truck back in using the app, or I would have had to stand around and wait for this guy to check me back in. I better not get double charged by this location. I do have my receipt, and any shenanigans will be dealt with. I have zero (0) trust of this location.
