First I went to 2 different locations before this one. This location is a gas station upon pick up this person tell me we have no gas fill it up before you bring it back. Mind you people are at the gas pumps pumping gas. I mean you can be honest and say We do not allow gas fill ups at our gas station for the truck. I get to where im moving from. And i open it up and it smells like urine but then i see one of those pearl air fresheners and automatically assumed its the one that smells life flower. Which they smell like pee to me. I brushed it off and started moving my belongings half was through i notice ther was poop in the cargo area in a corner. I almost fell out of the truck because i started to feel like I was about to vomit. Luckily i made it out but at that point i was more than half way done and i didnt have much time left on my rental to i had to use blanket. I can always wash a blanket but i dont have time to get a new broom. I probably would never uhaul again i was so disgusted. I remember as a kid using uhaul and we had to clean it before my parents brought it back because that was something they checked upon return. Guess they dont do that anymore. The air freshener means someone knew and tried to cover the smell up whether it was the previous renter or the owner of that truck

The place where I rented the truck did not answer my calls when I ran into a problem with the truck I rented! I called at least 15-20 times! I called the day after all day and no one answered! When I was in the office I needed to use the bathroom and he said it's out of order! That was a lie! I asked for a receipt and he said he couldn't give me one! He overcharged me and treated me like dirt!

The "U-Haul person" was not in at the convenience store where I dropped the truck off. I was told just to leave the keys with the cashier. They could not give me a receipt or any document showing that I did, in fact, return the truck. Very disorganized.

The rep that rented the truck was not willing to help very much. The rep could not print a copy of the rental agreement for me. The truck cab was very dirty. I found some damage on the truck that was not marked with an x and ask the rep to mark them but he said it did not matter. I ask the rep about the haul light on the dashboard and he could not tell me what it was for. The windshield wipers were all torn up and I ask the rep to fix them because I would be driving through rain and needed them. He gave me a number to call to get them fixed but when I did call they said they would have to trade trucks with me but I had already gassed the truck and started loading it so this was not an option. When I was driving down to Destin I did run into rain and had to call your helpline to get the wipers fixed. The help rep's were very good and resolved my problem, please thank them.

I simply used the app to drop off, however, the app does not tell you what to do with the key. I took it inside and gave it to a worker who does not speak English. I hope she was the right one!!

It was a busy location with only one person working who was also taking care of the checkout counter in the store. Even though I had gotten there first, I had to wait for 10-15 minutes to check out while he took care of retail customers. Other than the waiting it was a fine experience

Overall, my U-Haul experience was extremely unpleasant. My original reservation (2:30) was cancelled and I was not notified until I arrived to retrieve my truck. The associate was extremely rude and was not very helpful. I was sent to another location to pick up a truck, unfortunately their U-Haul representative was unavailable and they refused to honor the new reservation. I called U-Haul customer service and was instructed to return to the location (2nd time) and the truck was finally dispatched to me (6:00 pm). I was instructed to do self check-in through my cell phone when turning in the truck after hours. After completing the process, I could not turn in the key because the location did not have a drop box available. Unfortunately, I had to return to the location again (4th time) to turn in the keys which was a huge inconvenience for me, again. Other than the customer service representative that helped me locate another truck, the overall process was exhausting, stressful and caused me to spend extra money due to extra mileage and gas. I was NOT pleased with the service that I received and will NOT be a returning customer.

Employee wouldn't help at all to even tell us how to unhook our car dolly. As a 70 year old with a surgically Repaired shoulder had to have my wife crawl under the car to unhook the chains. You might want to rethink your customer service.

The equipment I requested was not available. I ordered a furniture dolly and they did not include it and did not inform me AND charged me for it!!!!! Also when I went to turn it in I had a problem with the mileage and the only person working in the business did not “know how to do U-Haul”!!!!

I would close this location. The “manager” expected me to hook up the auto hauler. He didn't know how. I called your help and they were.

Again, we were supposed to drop off at another location, but after arriving with the trailer we went inside and were informed they no longer accept U-hauls. Luckily this drop off was right down the street. The clerk in this store was very friendly and drop off was quick and easy.

I was sent an email and was told that a representative from U-Haul would call me and tell me the location to pick up the truck. That never happened. I had to call U-Haul. And then there were many issues with people trying to get me the information where to pick up the truck on the day and the time that I needed it. I was sent to pick up a truck that was over 30 miles away from my Home. Causing me to use 60 miles to pick up the truck. When I go to return the truck I was given a number to call. When I called this number they had me return the truck to a U-Haul that wasn't even 10 miles from my home. When I returned it I noticed there were seven other 26 foot trucks there. I'm having a hard time to understand why I had to pick a truck up in Savannah Georgia. But yet I could return one in Richmond Hill Georgia my hometown.

The person in charge at this location had left before my scheduled pick up time so I had to come back the next day. They did not provide an accurate fuel level and did not include some of the additional items I had requested to rent.

Quick Stop gas station has closed, no signage, but u-haul return is there. Did not notice it until I passed it.

The reservation pick up was moved from the main Uhaul location on Abercorn to Skidaway.I spent about 2 extra hours going back and forth between the locations to get what I needed. The Skidaway road location didn't have the materials.

Improve Uhaul Reservations Represenatives and Represenatives at Savannah traffic! Honestly why even reserve a truck if it's not going to be there. Uhaul canceled my reservation at Tire King because of no truck and did not bother to even contact me. I would reccomend location I finally picked up from but not uhaul itself.

Pulling in the guy was extremely rude telling me I couldn't drop my equipment at his location and to take it to the main office across town. I immediately called U-Haul and after 45 minutes of bouncing on and off hold I finally just told the guy I was leaving it there and after another fifteen minutes the drop off was finally completed. So 276 dollars for a 2 hour move was way overpriced for the services we received.

No one available to except the rental. Was told to leave my contract and it would be taken care of in a few hours. Two days later I won't back my copy of the rental agreement and to check on my refund that was promised. They gave me a copy of rental contract with no amounts, no totals, just the names of the pick up and drop off stations I am extremely dissatisfied with the way this situation has been handled even though the equipment itself was satisfactory .
