The price was supposed to be 19.95 but I was charge 85 twice on my card. Plus I was charge for a dolly that was never in the truck. I will contact corporate. The location was fine but UHAUL IS BAD SERVICEOrandae H.

The gentleman that helped me at the location is totally unprepared to deal with customers. He never gave me an acknowledgment of the initial mileage and when I took the truck back he overcharged me at the miles and charged me 2 days for 5 hours of use. He also locked the location when I was inside and only opened the door when I was about to call the police. Uhaul should terminate the partnership with this placeJayme V.

I drove the truck for 9 miles on a period of 45 minutes after I returned the truck with the same amount of fuel I got. They charge for a total of 49 miles plus fuel usage . The person on the store can't proof anything. I am looking for the return of money on my account . GraciasJose A.
When I attempted to drop off the vehicle through the contactless service, a random woman who worked at the building next door told us we were not allowed to park and kept telling us to go elsewhere. Following about 5 minutes of trying to advise her that we were following the correct steps provided, a man finally come outside who is the contact person for U-HAUL at said location. He then joined in demanding we call U-Haul and that we drop off the truck at some other random location. Please note that there were 5 other U-Haul trucks parked at this location and two beside where we parked. We advised him we could not do such a thing as we had already confirmed the location and submitted the drop off online. We attempted to engage in conversation however he became upset and walked away yelling about U-Haul and how he has two other trucks coming. We attempted to tell him that we should be one of those trucks as we just arrived early for drop off, however, he would not listen. We also attempted to give him the phone number we were provided as a contact but he walked back into the store mid conversation.Jon H.
When pick In up the vehicle was in use, I had to wait until make it empty over 30 minutes. The gas was not full, it was dirty and when I drop the keys I was charged for 39 milesâ€¦ that was wrong I did no drive over 18 miles as a whole. I got also charged 25 for cleaning when no one clean the truck for me at the beginning. I had multiples uhaul renters but no one as bad as this one.DEMETRIO V.

Manager of store was rude, lazy and his equipment (internet/computer) was super slow. He added the insurance without my permission and then when I was on the phone with a Uhaul representative he was arguing with me saying I did not state I didn't want the insurance when I specifically did state I didn't want the insurance. I would never do business with this location ever again and I would not recommend anyone else to use that location either!Heather G.

Pick up location was in a rough area . Attendant told me I could drop it off in any location and when I did I had to drive it all the way back on the other side of town because they told me I could not . Picking up took forever as he told me he's new and couldn't figure out how to rent it . He almost just gave me the keys but I said no I don't want you getting in trouble .
