I was charged a $63 fuel fee even though i returned the truck w the same amount of gas. The location was sketchy so I didn't leave my vehicle on site for the 2 hours i had the truck. I had to calll customer service to ask for my refund and noone could figure out why I was charged the extra fee. Very frustrating

This place is a dump. After completing the paperwork, I was pointed to the trailer and he said there it is. No hitch inspection and no help hitching it up. To top it off, One of the tires was flat. I had to drive an additional 80 miles to this location because the trailer was not at the location it was supposed to be. UHaul did refund some of the fee for my inconvenience.

Lied about fuel level when truck was returned. Didn't actually process the return until 2 days after I returned the equipment (required a phone call to customer service to get the return processed). Employee did not offer any help with unhooking trailer.

The car smelled like smoke. The attendant I talked to was dismissive and did not seem like they wanted to talk to me or help me. They did not seem to know what they were doing and now i am stuck with an extra charge on my account.

They took an hour to give me the keys to the U-Haul. They U-Haul truck also had a big exhaust leak that made it super loud and unbearable to drive.

It stinks SO bad at this location. They burn incense and vape in the store and it is awful. I tried to do the checkin through my phone but the location refuses to let anyone check in and rent their trucks without coming inside.

This place doesn't inspect the equipment when it comes in. The doors of the trailer were locked. Also the trailer did not have a tongue jack. The place of business did not have a working restroom.

The rental truck was dirty inside when we picked it up. Also, a trailor was parked in front of it and the clerk inside the gas station said he couldn't move it out of the way, so we couldn't get it out of there. We had to spend about 30 minutes trying to jimmy the truck out. Go to that store at 8am, not sure what goes on there, but there were several shady clients running in and out. Overall we won't rent at that location again.

Customer services is everything. But when I returned the truck the personal never went out to check the mileage or the truck in my present. Then there was a white male in the store over by the microwaves could have been his friend but very unprofessional. I made him sign the back of my contract because I did not get a receipt until this morning 12/20/2020.
