David CI returned the truck to a liquor store. The clerk was a little helpful. I did not realize, since I always drop off at a Uhaul location what I needed to do. I took a pic of the odometer and gas level and I took all kinds of pics to show I returned it in case it was stolen in the bad neighborhood. I went to the app to return truck and it wanted me to take a pic at that time, but I had just dropped the key in a drop box. I have a pic of me dropping in the drop box. Too late to upload my mileage pic.

Rachel JThe truck had a huge unremovable gang sign painted on the side prior to my receiving it. The pads I ordered, and the pickup location were not provided as requested. I had to drive to the originally requested 'corporate' location to receive the pads.

MICHAEL FI had to go to Redlands in order to get my agreed-upon rental. The U-Haul neighborhood. extended the lease on the truck what I was supposed to get the next day he gave the guy an extra 7 days so I had to travel almost a hundred miles to get my rental. The local coordinator so I just kept going at it and resolve it I was happy with what he did
JOHN GMake certain they know it’s a mobile app drop-off. If you say it once, say it twice. Say it in big, bold letters. ‘Cause they better have a cell phone.
William NNo signs anywhere of that even being a uhaul location. Nothing was marked so that you know where you can leave the rental equipment. Drop box was around the other side of the building. Very sketchy area with lots of homeless people around. Doesn’t feel safe.
