The video instructions was confusing re:uploading of pictures. It should say- â€œuploading of pictures wis done when prompted. The video did not specify that, so we took pictures then during the process it made us take the pictures during the appropriate section of the return processMichael V.

The truck was filthy, including cigarette butts in the ashtray. I paid for an appliance dolly, and blankets but only received some of the blankets and no dolly. When I called the local number for help, the person I spoke to was rude and then hung up on me. Do not rent from this location. Terrible service and dirty / poorly maintained vehicles.Adam C.

My pick up time was 11:30 and I arrived there at 11:32 to a sign on the door stating â€œout for coffe. Be back in 10â€ I waited 20 minutes and still no one. I left because I'm moving!! I got a call at noon when I was working on figuring out what was going on, they said they called the store and they were back. Ridiculous.Kathryn L.

Location did not have additional equipment needed for move, specifically dolly's, staff was nice on return of truck but all locations should have the needed equipment/reservedRyan K.
Supposed to have blankets and a dolly. None was prepared. Contacted and was advised that they were not provided instructions from UHaul since online order but I can drive back to pick up blankets but they have no dolly. I didn't come back. Charged for blankets even after 2 phone calls.Kathy B.

Dispatcher said she would apply military discount when truck returned; advised there is no discount after returned. Truck had damage that wasn't marked. Almost ran out of fuel due to only having 1/4 tank; it is a huge inconvenience to rey to return at partial level...just top it off!CHRISTOPHER C.

Not the location's fault, but I had a really rough time with the website and my after-hours reservation (whenever I'd log in, my reservation went away). Spent 44 minutes on hold waiting for customer service (never did talk to a human). Had to take to Twitter to get help, and didn't get things fixed until after I'd run out of daylight. Even then, when I went in the next morning, my reservation was gone again.JAMES M.

When I arrived there was "Went for coffee be back in 20 minutes" sign on the door. The first Friday in August and the person behind the desk had no problem with putting everyone with a rental 20 minutes behind schedule because they chose not to take care of their coffee needs before work, like the rest of the working world. Upon returning the equipment I was billed for two days instead of one, as the person behind the desk set my rental period for four hours; this period being set for a 26 ft. truck of which Uhaul reps typically ask if 10 hours will be enough. I own a moving company and have used several locations; I feel the company as a whole has been declining recently and this location only cemented that opinion.ZACHARY D.
When I arrived at the confirmed time of my reservation, no truck was ready. I had to wait 12 hours until I could pick up my truck. This ruined most of my plans.DAVID V.

If your website says that you open at 8:00 AM then you should be there at then. Store did not open until 9:00 AM. I was also never prompted for the option to have keys in one of the outside lock boxes when I reserved the truck online.Sean S.
Worst experience i have ever had chArged me for gas when I have a screen shot off the gas in put on the truck. Charged me 20 for being late when I had reserved the truck frim 9 am to 7 pm. I will never rent. from this location again hours are advertised as 8 to 5 he opened at 9 and closed at 3 pm. And he was rude.DONISHA R.

The young man i worked with was great! Outstanding customer service! I'd like to add a bit of advice; if there is a problem that your reserved vehicle isn't there, its the fault of the customer that rented it b4 you, NOT the Uhaul associate! So be kind and don't take it out on the Uhaul staff.RHONDA K.
Maybe tell people that are coming back after you close that we will need to do the online return with pictures when we pick up. Otherwise, the entire process and rental was awesome!!TERESA T.

We got moved from Liberty to this location at the last minute and then we were told they opened at 8am and had to sit and wait an hour because they didn't open til 9am. Not ideal.Kelly M.
Well, I ordered boxes and a mattress cover and they never cameâ€¦. I checked with Fedex and they confirmed it was deliveredâ€¦ When I called during the weekend I got a message that you were closed during the weekend and that if there were any problems with my order I needed to call within 2 days of the deliveryâ€¦ according to Fedex that was Friday for an order I made the Sunday prior for a 2 day delivery that didn't supposedly get here until Friday which I haven't seenâ€¦ I get to the location and the owner told me he doesn't deal with that and he didn't have boxes or the mattress cover to sell me so I had to get that elsewhereâ€¦ so while the equipment and customer service people were very friendly and professional, the fact I didn't get my boxes and mattress cover I paid for soured the experience.WILLIAM H.

For one I did not send me an email trying to tell me that I owed extra for something and then sent me an email when I called that day right after I told him why are they charging me for extra to say that they were charging me extra I have all the proof showing that they never sent emails out there a rip offLori O.
Not change the pick up location at the last minute. I had to add an additional hour on to this move because my pick up location was moved to another state. I tried calling the 800 number and using the website but I was provided no options to change the pickup location or select a different piece of equipment. The personnel on the 800 number hung up on me twice without answering the call. The third time I called I was told to basically take it or leave it. Since I did not have any time left to rebook or find another rental company I was forced to drive the extra hour.Joseph V.

Couldn't get into the lock. Had to wait almost an hour before someone could help. Customer service and the owner were nice enough and were as helpful as could be. Once we got the truck and loaded it we realized the cables that shut the door were messed up and couldn't shut the doors. The truck over heated. But we were able to get the small move donedesiree B.

Be sure communication is passed when reserved vehicles are not available. Rented for pick up truck which wasn't there and no tools to help attach ball hook to hitch. Individual at desk was kind and best part of the location. Reservation system needs to be better though. Poor experience over all.CHRISTOPHER S.
