Why make a reservation a week and a half earlier when they just send you somewhere else to pick up the equipment .Then when you question them they lie and say the location you scheduled doesn't have the right size. Requested add'l miles as 128 was not sufficient for our trip. Was advised could only add 15 add'l miles which I gladly accepted. But he never updated the system, so I was charged additional mileage $5+ as the 128 was not sufficient as indicated. Not happy. Never had this issue before & have rented from UHaul numerous times last couple of years. Requesting & would like reimbursement.Lisa G.

The uhaul representative short estimated the mileage for my rental and he never told me about the additional mileage charge nor told Me how many miles he had allotted. I o,ly found this out at the drop off facility when I was told I had gone 11 miles over alignment...then I was charged for 27 miles over alottment. What kind of racket are you running to gouge more out of a rental?!Richard L.

The quote I was given when I called Quick Lube & Smog was different when I went to pay. The same thing happened to a friend of mine at this same location. I thought it was just an online error as was explained but found out the absolute same thing happened. I will recommend them but I will tell the renter to make sure the minor details are absolutely correct before going to the location.carolyn F.

The staff was very dirty when helping me hands was full of black oil which got all over my drivers license. the tables and chair their all dirty with black oil, I didn't want to touch anything. I will never rent here again.Larry F.

Windows and windshield were dirty and the vehicle needed oil. I much prefer picking up at a U-haul store, not a second-party authorized vendor, as their hours differ on an individual basis. However, the saving grace of my experience at this location was the speed and attention to detail given by the shop owner/operator. He had me in and out in under 10 minutes AND he topped off all my fluids before I left. Great guy!James C.

Surprisingly, the pick up area is at Quick Lube & Smog. Other people's vehicles were parked there for smog checks while Quick Lube also rents out U-Hauls; three U-Haul vans on the driveway made their parking lot kind of cluttered but plenty of space to drive the van and other vehicles in and out. Found a parking spot for my car while next door is the police station, couldn't park over there (reserved for police). Glad I reserved the van online, another person showed up needing one asking me if I was going to San Francisco but heading to IKEA Emeryville store. The van is in excellent shape. The metal grid behind the front seats obstructed a percentage of my rear view when I looked behind or checking the rear view mirror. The side view mirrors are very helpful before changing lanes and seeing who's behind me. Heater and air conditioning is very good. The radio works great with the CD player! Should've bought some of my CDs. All went well.Frederick L.

The person messed up the data entry and drop-off time and place for my uhaul. I had the truck for over 2 days and 140 miles, however the person only put 24 hours and 30 miles on the truck, and added a $14 insurance which I had not ordered online. Very incompetent.Siddharth T.
