You changed me for a whole other day for being two hours late. And you changed me for 100 miles when I have for certain the GPS log that says I only put 72 miles on the truck. I will take legal action if you do not correct this.

The 26’ truck blew extremely hot air into the cab. It was so hot I had to put a wet rag over my right ankle to keep driving. The gas gauge read 1/2 tank from beginning to end.

The heat didn’t work there was no gas in the truck the guy didn’t come out with me to check it . The brakes were like they were going out. Once I notice I called to report. When I brought it back there was a lady there she was very rude !! I tried to tell her about the issue she totally ignored me . The finally she called a guy and I heard him tell her don’t report the issues till she close me out. So me trying to ask questions she continued to ignore me and talk over me . I tried to ask her questions and she kept walking as if I wasn’t talking to her . I questioned my amount and how did she come up with it she brushed me off. I said can you not swipe my card (close it out ) until you give me a total and explain it to me in which I said don’t take anything off my card several times till you tell me my total . Because I might need to use another card. She kept waking got in the truck and still closed my ticket out and I have 2 other witnesses that heard me ask her not to swipe my card . I now have an account that’s negative on her behalf because again I ask HER NOT to closed it out without explaining it to me which is going to cause me to have An overdraft fee. I’m not sure why she was so rude to me . And why she would charge my card without my permission. This was by far a horrible experience. The truck still had trash in it . Even the witnesses that were with me were upset.

The owner was very cordial and helpful. However we did have to wait for him to arrive as the person working when we arrived was not up to speed with the process.

I told the agent we were moving inside the same county. I was sent to another county to get the truck with the size I needed, but was told the county rates would apply. Uhaul did not honor this agreement and charged more for change of drop off site, even though we had an agreement. When we discussed this with the agent on the phone after we dropped it off, she stated I was at fault, and hung up the phone mid conversation. Will not be using Uhaul ever again.

I received a call from uhaul on Thur the day prior to pick up of the rental truck advising me the truck was at a different location than where it was originally reserved, and the truck would be available at 10 am. I was dropped off at 10 am and the business was not open yet. I waited for 15 min and started calling uhaul. I used the call back method and was called back in 20 minutes from the original call. Now I have been waiting for approximately 45 minutes still nobody at the business except for the 26' uhaul behind the fence. A short conversation took place and I was advised that since I was not the person that reserved the truck (I was the driver), they could not give me any information. Fuming at this point I contacted the lady that reserved the truck and she started trying to contact uhaul. She waited on hold for over 30 min. She finally got it to the point where a uhaul rep would talk to me, but I still could not get the truck that I was staring at for the last hour and 45 min. After being on the phone for another 45 min with a uhaul rep I had a truck reserved for 230 in the afternoon in a not so desirable area of Memphis. Since I was dropped off I had no ride, so it took awhile to get someone to pick me up. At 230 I started getting calls from the uhaul person that my 230 appointment was set for, when I called him back the 1st words out of his mouth were "your late, I'm giving your truck to someone else. I told him uhaul has been jacking me around all day and I've had a difficult time getting a ride, I will be there at 330 and the truck better be there. We arrived and the truck was there, but no uhaul rep, he showed about 15 minutes later. After talking with him I found out he owns the location on Winchester where I orinally was at 10 am. He told me that truck was for a different customer to pick up at 430. I wasted half the day trying to rent a truck I already had reserved. It was a ridiculous joke, and very frustrating. If I reserve a truck at a location than that is where I expect to pick the truck up at, otherwise don't reserve it. If you switch locations on someone, than make sure the truck is there and someone is available at the location. The people at the office or on the phone trying to get me a truck appeared to be scrambling to get me my rental. The lady that finally got my truck set up was trying to find a truck, but had me on hold numerous times, because she was struggling to find a truck, everything appeared chaotic. I never did get a straight answer of what happened to my 10 am reservation, except "I dont know why they would have told you that location". I've rented from uhaul several times in the past, but will definitely shop around before I go thru that debacle again.

On the 20' truck I rented, the rear latch needs to be re attached to the door, but everything else excellent, especially the woman who tan the location!!!

The trailer hook up was defective and came off while I was driving and slashed my rear tire. This was a very frightening situation and know I don’t know if I feel comfortable using Uhaul for the future move I have…

it took her 40 min to give me the rental she was on the phone the entire time talking to her girlfriend and had me continually waiting and waiting and I didn't need the truck at that time of day I would have left it there the hood is a bad area to get good service I will never recommend and bad reviews travel faster then good reviews I rate her -50 I will never again rent from there

It would be great for uhaul to not select the farthest location from your preferred reservation location & maybe don't change the location or day and time of pick up without letting the client know.

Looked for a U-Haul dealer not a neighborhood store where the workers weren’t trained well to handle transactions.

Store Employees didn’t check mileage, or Gas before hand or damage to truck. I was charged a extra 140 miles and extra quarter tank or Gas, Also Side Mirrors on truck are broken and need repair to see while driving reported to summer ave Memphis Tn U- Haul but no help from employees.

Staff was quick, Friendly and ready to assist. The owner of the store jumped right in to final the transaction. I was on my way in under 20 mins. Moving is stressful anyway but Service and Attention Provided with this location removed a LOT of that Stress at pick-up and Return. 5 Star Services

The clerk inside was extremely helpful and nice. She was having issues with U-haul's main system. We did the online check-in but we still had to go inside which defeats the purposes I think. Also - when reserving U-haul website kept switching pickup locations on me and it wasn't quite clear that was happening. I'm glad I checked the check-in as they changed it from where I thought I was going.

Stop using this location. It was a convenience store! One employee (who was very nice) working entire store. Had to wait until she checked all of the customers purchasing beer and cigarettes out before she could leave store to take pics. Location not very easy to find or enter. Huge exclusive uhaul location was just up the road. Would have been ideal for us. Check-in took way to long.

The ladies was good. But the guy possible the own was very rude. He was in the middle of my rental and it took me a bit longer to find my insurance. He left in the middle of my rental and the young lady had to take over. Then she had to call him on the phone so he should walk her through the new u haul process. Never again I will go directly to a u haul location next time.??

This place is in a dangerous neighborhood and the only attendant there had no idea what she was doing. She even said I could not return the truck there. I had to call CS and do my return myself on my phone. This store should NOT SERVICE UHAUL

This was WORST location to pick-up a U-Haul (A CONVENIENCE STORE WITH A RUDE OWNER).The clerk didn't explain all details nor did she let me inspect the truck before she handed me the keys. Upon returning the truck that same day the owner of the convenience store asked me did put gas in the truck I told him no because I didn't know to put gas in the truck, the clerk didn't tell me to put gas in the truck before bringing it back and plus the gas hand didn't move. Convenience store owner got smart and started that if it moved it used gas you should have known that. I told him that if I have know that it will not have been a problem. I also asked him to give me the keys back so I could go put gas in the truck he refused, so I so okay just closed it out so I can go , he returned said YOU SHUT UP. I told him that I am an Disabled Veteran and I don't like to do any business with your type. My in returned told that you don't tell her to SHUT UP, because she's a grown woman, so in return I told him just close me out and give me my papers, he told me to call U-Haul to get it closed out. THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE THAT I HAVE EVER HAD IN RENTING ANY VEHICLE. I WAS CHARGED $7 FOR 2 GALLONS OF GAS AND GAS IS REALLY CHEAP NO MORE THAN $1.15 A GALLON. I THINK THAT HAVING A PICK-UP LOCATION AT A CONVENIENCE STORE THAT'S RUN BY IRAQI NATIONALS, PAKISTAN OR ANY OF THEM PEOPLE THAT THINK THEY CAN TALK TO PEOPLE ESPECIALLY WOMEN AND KIDS ANYWAY IS THE WORST IDEA, I DON'T KNOW WHY I HAD TO PICK UP MY TRUCK AT THIS LOCATION WHEN IT WAS A U-HAUL LOCATION LESS THAN 2 MILES FROM MY HOUSE AND THIS PICK UP LOCATION. I THAT THIS A@#%% LOCATION NEEDS TO BE MOVE TO SOME WHERE ELSE. I AM A DISABLED VETERAN THAT SERVED MY COUNTRY FOR 27 YEARS AND TO BE TREATED LIKE THIS WAS REALLY DISRESPECTFUL TO ME AND MY DAUGHTER. I CALL MY BANK TO DESPERATED THE CHARGES FOR THE GAS. THIS WAS ENOUGH TO MAKE ME NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH U-HAUL AGAIN....WILL TAKE ME BUSINESS TO BUDGET, HERIZ, HOME DEPOT OR ANY RENTAL TRUCK COMPANY.
