They tried to charge me for two extra days even though I returned the truck 2 days early. They claimed I damaged pads when I didn't. U-Hauls online after hours return system doesn't work right, which caused a lot of my problems. It also ought to be possible to register the return over the phone.

The truck broke down in Nashville. 4 hours on the side of interstate 40. Very dangerous spot and pouring rain. Next morning the tire was flat. Another 3 hours before we could get on the road. Not happy at all with roadside assistance.

I understand it's important to take phone calls, but I waited over 30 minutes to get the vehicle because there was only one person working. AND Uhaul began the clock when I originally requested the vehicle, NOT when I actually had keys in hand. All trucks should have ramps. The only truck available at the last minute was a 10' and it does not have a ramp. This made moving extra slow. I ended up delivering the truck late, and charged for the extra day, but I had to park in an empty lot, not the business lot. That part of town is not friendly at night and I didn't want to leave my car there overnight, nor did I want to drop off the truck after the sun went down.

I rented U-HAUL truck on November 1, 2019 at 4:41 pm in Los Lunas, NM. Contract # 80578643. I dropped the truck in Socorro U-Haul office on November 2, 2019 at 4:00 pm. I notified it using my mobile device. I dropped the keys in the box at office. I received by email the bill which shows the charges for two extra days ($80), extra miles ($5.68), after hours service fee ($20). I would appreciate if you can verify and refund the extra charges has been done.Thanks.

I returned my vehicle using the 24-hour availability. I returned my vehicle on saturday at 2:33 p.m.; it was due on Sunday. This location processed my return late Monday morning and charged me a $40 late day fee.

When I went in I told them I wanted a full days rental not a few hours rental. They quoted me a price and I agreed. I said I might be returning it after they closed and the man suggested I leave it at another dealer close to me. I said I was going to rent there initially but they had no trailers. He said if I took it there then they would. I seen later if I had I would have been charged even more. I had intended to rent a trailer one way from where my vehicle was to bring it back here and was told that it was cheaper to do round trip but I ended up paying almost $50 more than a one way rental. I asked for U Haul to contact me which they never did to this day to discuss this. VERY DISSATISFIED WITH THE PEOPLE CHANGING THE TIME PERIOD WITHOUT INFORMING ME THAT I WOULD BE CHARGED EXTRA!!! Very dishonest! I was warned bye others something like this might happen.

You could start with recording the correct mileages/fuel levels and rental. You could also improve by returning phone calls and emails. I have pictures of the incorrect charges, it is 6 weeks later and no refund. IT's obvious every time I call and get shifted from UHAUL to "quick and Easy" to try to make it harder to do the right thing. Gilbert has been less than honest in this case and I will not use this location again and I would not recommend anyone else does either.

I had reserved a 26ft truck and a auto transport. Had to locate and pick up the auto transport from another location as this location did not have one for me, altho there was one on the lot. I needed an additional 5x8 trailer which I rented at this location. I was told I could drop off at any location. When I took it to Wallace Gas & Oil, I was charged a WRONG DROP OFF LOCATION fee. I called Quick and Easy. He said I had to call Uhaul direct. Which we did. No appology or explanation as to why he told me it was "ANY LOCATION DROPOFF." NO MORE UHAUL. They have lost my business.
