U haul customer service was terrible. I was trying to check in with Susanna. She said she had to call my alternate contact (who was sitting right next to me) . The phone didn't even ring but a half ring before she hung up. When she told me to tell me contact she's calling again, she never called again. Then she shut me out of my reservation while i waited in the rain for the storage facility to open. The storage facility was absolutely wonderful, but U-Haul and it's representatives were absolutely awful with no customer serviceStacie E.

The only criticism of the 101 storage unit was it lacked an adequate door weather seal. Every time we went to use the unit, we had to blow the dirt off our articles and from the unit. Other than this issue, your staff was always polite and very helpful.Raymond D. | Overall Experience

The facility was broken into in March of 2020. The owners said they would be putting up extended fencing with barbed wire along the back, which is how the perps entered. The extended fencing has not been put in as of March 11, 2021. POOR Management. Don't rent from them.Douglas L. | Overall Experience

Queensgate Stoage was wonderful, the process of renting from Uhaul sucked.... limitations on line for how long you can rent the truck, to lack of communications between Uhaul and the provider. Uhaul had my paperwork and online request all messed up and it the wonderful people at Queensgate Stoage to figure it all and treat me right!!! If there was another company to rent trucks from in my area,,,,,,Vanessa G.

Their computer was running incredibly sold, half way through I'm told there's practically no gas, and they didn't provide the supplies I ordered (hand truck, blankets), that I would have to go get them myself from another location and fuel the truck. On my way to pack I get a call from the drop off location telling me their lot is full and I'll have to drive 45 miles out of my way to turn the truck in. I called U Haul Corporate to file a complaint. The report went fine but I was never contacted after filing the complaint - I was told I would contacted within 72 hours. AWFUL experience with U Haul and a complete inconvenience.Randall J.

The prices were inconsistent. We were told 4 different prices and still ended up getting charged something different. The customer service was AWFUL and had little knowledge for us about where or how to pick up a truck. We were over charged for days we didn't even have the truck and our reservation was charged twice without us knowing. I will never use U-Haul again.Caylin H.
