Its in a very bad location for crime and to be outside unlocking your own keys and putting them away at any and all hours of the day this is not a good location to do it at.Shannon P.
I setup my pickup time at 6AM. My husband and I arrived at 5:56AM, ready to pickup the truck and leave. It was meant to be a contactless pickup but unfortunately did not happen that way. When we arrived, the app/website directed us to get in contact with someone given that the pickup was not ready or prepared for us as it should have been. We attempted to get in contact with Uhaul, which also took a while to do and walked around the property until we finally found someone who could help us. When the attendant was finally able to help us, he took pictures of my credit card along with my license and texted it to whom he said was the owner. That felt incredibly unprofessional, sketchy and uncomfortable. That's not information I want anyone carrying around in their personal phone. We had to wait an additional 20 minutes for the owner to allow us to take the truck with us. All in all, we ended up with the truck at 6:50AM. We were on an incredibly tight schedule so it really set us back. All in all, a very poor and uncomfortable experience.Ivone F.
Caution using this location or uhaul I'm general! Scheduled for pick up of a truck almost three weeks in advanced and when I got to this location they didn't have a truck for me. The customer service was not good. No one knew what they were doing. They had an alternative truck at pickup location over 20 miles in the opposite direction so I declined. They ended up giving me a larger truck, which I didn't want or need but it was my only option.Samantha W.

Cockroaches inside the cabin - saw multiple live ones and dead. Moving blankets smelled like urine - and fuel was significantly off(I have pics to prove). Really bad experience.JOSHUA L.

This new Ride Share business structure of going to various locations around the area to pick up a UHaul seems like it could work down the road but there are some large gaps currently. The two biggest being that the individuals troubleshooting problems at this location do not understand the system very well and the second is the lack of comfort and safety I am getting big taking a truck from an official UHaul location. I picked it up from a motel parking lot. Who serviced this vehicle prior to me taking it? I am relying on the last renter to click Yes when asked if there were any issues while driving. When you're picking up from a UHaul location I have a good sense of security that you guys are putting your stamp of approval on it prior to me taking it. This new structure can deteriorate your quality fast if not controlled. I didn't have a good experience with this.Jordan S.

The truck was not cleaned and the area that we went to pick it up was not a good area otherwise the truck was okay I had to put gas in it no gas in there but it turned out okay need a different location that location was not good at allCynthia B.
