The original location to pick up was Gordon county storage in Calhoun ga. Since it was closed Saturday even after talking to the owner Friday this was a poor experience, she could have told me Friday to go to a different location. I wasted 30 minutes of my time. I called the 800 number and she was able to reschedule my pick up location. Overall it was a good experience.

JOHN PWhen we got there, we were helped by I lady working at the counter, who I have later found out is not supposed to be handling the U-Haul rentals from this location. She very clearly from the start did not understand what she was doing. She did not explain anything to us. She asked us for contact information for 2 of our friend but did not explain why she needed the information. We had to sit and wait for a while while she attempted to call a gentleman so that he could do everything remotely. She even put us on her personal cell phone with him at one point and it was extremely odd and confusing. Once we saw the contract and that it has already been signed by someone else we were a little confused as to why there was they signed it for us but of course nothing was being explained to us. When we would ask questions she would tell us that she does not know. It took over an hour get the rental processed. After we finally got the paperwork from her, she sent us to find the truck and trailer, we were not shown where they were. Once we went outside and found our truck and trailer, we realized that there was another trailer parked in front of ours. When we informed the woman inside she told us to move the other trailer out of the way on the other side of the parking lot. At no time were we shown how to hook up the trailer to the truck. When we got in the truck it was still dirty with mud in the floor and trash in the door. The woman working there stayed inside the whole time, the only time she walked out the door was to point across the parking lot to tell us where to move the trailer but quickly went back inside. While we were completing the online check in process we occured issues and needed assistance but we knew that we would not be able to get help from the woman working. The entire experience was very uncomfortable to say the least. I do not recommend anyone to come to this location.

cameron lI was told to return with 1/2tank of gas at least it was little above mark I returned one early under miles clean and even back trailer in spot and unhooked it and parked truck in different spot they came and told me since truck only had 1/2 tank now and had 3/4 when I pick it up they charge my card 60 dollar for 15 dollar of fue
Michael HThis was the 2nd location I went to after going to the first location and being told that 1 of their trailers was already rented and the other was out of commission. So after making a 2nd reservation I drove there, and was told to just lift the trailer up by hand to put it on my hitch, because they have nothing to raise it. I am lucky I had a jack when I returned it or I would have never been able to get it off of my hitch. I am fortunate I didn’t hurt my back trying to lift the trailer and was offered no help at any point in time. I am curious what someone who is older would do because they obviously don’t care what happens at all. I will walk my things to a new place before I ever go back again. If I could rate it lower than 1 star I would.

tim cI dropped it off at a different location and it was not found which I was going to get a charge get a charge on it so apparently y'all have found it like I said that it got dropped off like the instructions that I got from where I rented the U-Haul but that's okay I'm just glad y'all got the trailer back

TRACY SI was bounced around 3 different locations to pick-up the 5x9 utlility trailer. After finally speaking with scheduling for the area I was sent to a convenience store to pick up the trailer. Scheduling said the charge would be $37.00 plus tax for one way per day. After the clerk at the convenience store dropped the tongue of the trailer on my foot trying to hook up I was finally on my way. The pickup was 11:47am and drop off same day 09/17/2021 at 3:13pm at the location given me by uhaul. I was charged $56.71 for the 3 hours I had the trailer. The u-haul person at drop off location ( a uhaul store) said they couldn't do anything about the over charge. Not Happy. And my foot hurts. Who would want to go through all that to rent a trailer for the day?

MICHAEL BI did everything online before I came, EVERYTHING, paid for it arranged a time, everything. It still took way too long to get my trailer. Everything was great up till that.
STUART MTrailer was dirty with pine needles and some trash. Not too bad was able to sweep out easily. Other than that check-in and check-out was great. I would use them again. Thanks U-haul.

Daniel CWell they said we went over 200 hundred miles and all we did was drove From that location to 211 s center st tunnel hill ga to 132 eldorado way dalton ga and back to the location where we pick the truck up oh and we reserved a 15 foot got there the day to pick up didn't have the 15 foot so had to take a 20 foot had to pay extra for that and we only made 1 trip only had two rooms to move from one place to another I WILL NEVER USE THIS PLACE AGAIN NOR WILL I TELL ANYONE TO GO THERE

Kevin WLarge lot to drop off and pick up. It’s a gas station and convenience store primarily; I didn’t notice any packing supplies. The staff was very nice.
