Checking out and in with the application was very time consuming. I wish I'd known I could do it the old fashion way by going into the office.

KiLee RDespite being checked in at half full the tank was empty. We didn't make it a mile away from the property before the truck shut off. That led to 2 hours of running around trying to get a gas can and get back tot he truck with it. $120 later and I had doubled the price of my rental, delayed my move by 2 hours, and frustrated the living hell out of my wife and myself. Then when the truck finally had enough fuel to drive, the gas gauss continued to display 0 the entire time we had it. If they would have checked the truck out the 0 gas gauge should have raised a red flag. Miserable experience.

Peter HTrailer pick-up with a 26' truck was difficult due to parking area configuration. A forklift had to be brought in to move the trailer into a position that the truck could reach. Staff on site were helpful and patient

Sreedhar DFirstly, this is a no-contact pickup location, which I was unaware of when I made my reservation. A U-haul location unmanned on a Saturday is like Starbucks being closed on a Monday morning. In other words, closed during their busiest day. Secondly, the U-haul app, which is necessary for a no-contact pickup, is NON FUNCTIONAL. It did not work. I had to circumvent the process by logging in through a web portal, which still had glitchy issues. Thirdly, I called the customer hotline and was on hold for 8 minutes before I hung up. Why is no one manning that line? It took a while extra hour to fumble through this dumb ass digital system, which resulted in me returning it a while hour after my allotted time. What if I didn't have a smartphone? What if the reception was poor for the area? Get a professional to Quality check your app IMMEDIATELY. Get a real person to answer your damn hotline TODAY. This level of dysfunction is unacceptable. If you want to set up a no-contact equipment rental, at the very least ensure your systems work. I am grateful the equipment itself was in good working order and correct, so thank you for that.

Argimiro STrailer was dirty on the inside. I swept out a bunch of dirt. Do they clean these things between renters? The outside was extremely dirty, wirh a black road tar like splattering. The ball screw was damaged and difficult to turn. I had to use a pipe wrench. Come on guys, you can do better for what it costs.

peter vHours are minimal. I was to return the equip on 11/25, but they were closed and I knew I would be charged extra, so I had to take time off work to return since the open after I have to be at work and close before I get off. When I dropped it off, the guy just took it and said I would receive an e-mail receipt. I didn't even know if he worked there?? Luckily I got some evidence incase there was a dispute.

Aaron PThis location is only open 9 to 430PM. I requested to pick up at 9 but I didn't leave until 930AM. Because of a short window, I dropped off the vehicle at 530PM but they already closed. So they charged me for the full day even though I only was a half an hour after they closed but I also didn't leave until 930AM instead of 9AM
ATA CTrain employee on how to hook up a car on to car hauler. So people like my 72 year old husband who has MS won't have to do it again. We paid a lot for rental and then my husband had to try and remember what he had seen before and do it so we could leave for trip.

CJ EIt wasn't just this location but the UHaul chat team as well. For some reason instead of just moving my reservation date, the chat agent extended it to 12 days and then at the location, no one went over pricing before charging my card so I didn't even notice till hours later.

Thomas RWe had 2 flats on the road. Same tire. Make sure the repair people are properly trained and actually fix the issue. First time wasn't done right. We added 6 hrs to our 18 hour drive.
