Problem with order where they didn't reserve the 2nd day as promised nor give me the mileage credit. Not a good booking experience. Truck was also extremely rough to drive.

We couldn't get the 24/7 pick up to work. I had to call and get the rental date changed, which included a 39 minute hold time. It was incredibly inconvenient and set our move back a day. It also cost us more because we had to pay the higher weekend rate when we changed the days. When we went back to pick up the van the next day (during business hours) the lady was very nice. She said she has reported to U-Haul several times that their locator box isn't working out there 100% of the time. When we tried to return the van we had the exact same issue, couldn't upload pictures of the odometer and fuel gauge. Tried for 15 minutes before giving up. Had to call AGAIN to make sure it was returned in the system. This time I used the call back option and had to leave a meeting I was in to take the call and get thus handled. This is all on U-Haul and not the people at Quality Stone. They were lovely.

Terrible customer service, messed all transit location and personal information up in system. Really felt like I was overcharged and couldn't get advice or help. Was told IMMEDIATLEY after driving off the lot, I could return it if I didn't like the pricing, which I simply asked for a breakdown of. Never using U-Haul again...sorry

Customer service never answered our calls after we picked our rental which was frustrating because we wanted to change our length of time we needed it and the web site wouldn't open either. I could have returned it 24 hours earlier but waited in hold for over 2 hrs and gave up

The truck was dirty and late when we picked it up. The truck blew up in Jamestown Wyoming. No services were available. We had to stop every 50-100 miles to add oil. I called the 800 number and was on hold for 20 minutes and told that I would be transferred to someone that could help and got cut off. I called back and was on hold another 20 minutes. I never got to speak to anyone. WE ended up drive all night to get home. I will never use Uhaul again. I am still waiting to have the charges reversed on my card.

Don't change my facility to pickup to a further location without cancelling out the extra miles having to be driven due to the change. It was about an extra 18 miles and had to go further out due to the low clearance bridge being the shorter route.

Really, this went perfectly. The young lady who assisted me this day was very good at her job. She got the trailer hooked up to my truck, explained how things worked and got me on my way in excellent time. A very good experience.

While the location itself was good and the people inside were nice, the first location we were meant to pick it up at did not have the trailer we rented. We rented this and secured it 18 days prior. The location was already 45 mins away because my town had nothing at any of the 3 locations that rent U-Haul. When we get there the day we are meant to get it, we are told they don't have it because you (U-haul) cancelled it and gave it away. Not sure what that is all about…? So we had to drive an additional 25 mins to get the last remaining trailer in the size we needed, so I could move the next day. Not sure if this is the fault of U-haul or the original place it was meant to be picked up at. Pretty ridiculous.

Lady charged me an extra $500 on top of the $740 i was paying and said she needs to swipe my card again even though it was already paid for the truck in advance. Later found out she put a holding fee charge when there was no hold on the truck. Probably was done for commission.

Very positive experience! Appreciated the great customer service. While the van had very few miles it was very filthy...used for construction materials probably, was surprised it was so dirty for being so new but over all positive experience.

Dropping off and checking in the trailer was AWESOME! No one from Uhaul was there since they had closed but I was still able to follow the simple online instructions, check answers, take a few photos and I was done......so slick and easy to do! Plus after hours which was a huge win!!!

This truck has no heated mirrors. We were caught in a snow storm, and the mirrors couldn't be adjusted either. That really pissed me off. Heated mirrors is a must have for this large of a truck. The cup holders were broken. Couldn't put a drink down in them. I was very disappointed with the truck. The service was really good at the pick up point and drop off.

When we hooked up the trailer, my lights weren't working and we learned that the ground wire wasn't hooked up properly. The gentleman helping me got it connected and I was on my way in no time. I really appreciated the additional help and assurance that I would be driving the trailer safely.

I waited way too long for those people to help me. No line, I stood there for 45 minutes! They're computer skills lack, no knowledge, not working didn't get a receipt printed. Had to use my phone to take pic for receipt. It was rediculous the wait time I was in there. The vehicles should be more clean and they should be sanitizing after every person who uses it! Especially in these times! I had my own Clorox wipes luckily, cause after I wiped the inside down the wipes were black. The cost too, for the small van is just way too much
