Chaz ConcheckNo Rep for Uhaul ( Side job for someone but they offer no assistance ) was hung up 3x by uhaul , Only able to use by mobile app , This took over 2 hrs from time i reserved and got the keys multiple people waited and Could not get the UHAUL service to work as well I will never rent from UHAUL or use this location I definetly recommend not using this location or Uhaul , The onsite person just walked away and left because she had no Idea what to do But wouldnt call the Owner for assistance Multiple people had same issues that I did while i was there for over 2 hours to Get approved for a 2 hour rental Absolutely the worst Experience I have ever had & 0 customer service

LANCE CAMISASCAI had to use the app to pick up the van. The cell service at the location is horrible and it took 20 minutes to get the app the function and check out the car. That’s wasaayyyyyyy too long. Furthermore, the app itself is poorly designed and there are way too many steps. And to top it all off, it took me another 20 minutes to return the van via the app due to the poor cell coverage. While I like the idea of the self-service, you need to redesign the app and ensure the location has adequate cell coverage.

Unfortunately, my reservation for 09/04 was never fulfilled because this Park City/Space Place Storage location was closed for Labor Day, despite UHaul online taking and accepting my reservation and me subsequently lining up a move with helpers. Christoper JenkinsThis location only has two trucks. The manager was 1 hour and 20 minutes late opening up and then was not there when I returned during office hours. My truck was covered in snow. They need to take this seriously or give it up to someone else local that cares about truck rentals.

Christian SchlachterI was overcharged $60 for fuel on a 4-hour rental during which I drove a total of 7 miles. However, I added fuel. Good thing I took a photo of the gas gauge/odometer upon rental. I recommend that to avoid overcharging.

ROBERT DEPASQUALEAccess road was a little awkward.
Gregory HayleyOur reservation size had not been returned, took about 47 minutes to get a resolution of an upgrade to a larger size to just get us going. The person who had that size before us had not filled the tank back up so when we received it the gas showed 55 miles until empty. Also paid an extra $10 for an appliance dolly with Strap however they didn't have that type of dolly and offered us two regular dollys in replacement which we declined as only 1 was needed but size and strap were important for our move. Overall Tracy the woman helping us at the location was absolutely wonderful had it not been for her and her positive attitude and great customer service i would have been very upset with how this went.
