This dealer went above and beyond his job. he was so nice and helpful. The place was immaculate. Had it of not been for him i was never going to use uhaul again. 3 days prior tk renting this truck i had rented one and spent 25 dollars in uber and sat on hold for over. 40 mins to learn they didnt even have the truck. There were no apologies, nothing. He informed me of the. 50 guarentee and i believe i an entitled to it.

Q2 and Shane Hazelwood saved the day for me with a truck after the original place (Oak Street Market) did not have the truck I reserved 3 days before. Reservation #20032513 and verified #576028. This was very poor service but they did connect me with Q2. This location was well out of my way but Shane Hazelwood gave me excellent service.

The employee was very friendly and helpful. My main complaint would be about the web site I used to rent the vehicle. 20 minutes after making the on-line confirmation and I got to the rental agency my confirmation had not shown up at the U-Haul place. Also the on-line rental web site is VERY tedious with asking about whether I wanted all this other stuff for moving. I just wanted a truck and nothing else. The web site should be revamped so a client doesn't have to go through 8 pages of stuff not needed.

I went to your main u haul place up preston across from evergreen cemetery. He was a joke. Very rude and didnt help me at all. Then I went to Louisville matress delt with an guy named Todd. Super guy. Very helpful. I would replace the ride dude with someone who had some people skills.

Shane was very accomodating. I was disappointed that the trailer was not available at the preferred pickup location and had to drive 30 minutes out of my way to get the trailer, but Shane made that issue less annoying.

Truck rental reservation for 9:00 AM. Truck was not returned from previous renter until a little after 10:00 AM. There were other trucks on the lot but they were "reserved". When the previous renter returned he reported that the truck shook and a tie rod was bad. I was offered the bad truck if I was not going on the expressway. What? Suddenly, one of the trucks sitting on the lost was available. This hour plus delay through off my schedule and I had to reschedule my plan for another day. Out $56.02 for nothing. I will rent else where next weekend.

Shane was great. Told him what happened and he apologized over and over. It wasn't his fault but he still felt really bad that this happened to me. Don't know if I'll ever rent from u-haul again but if I do it will be from Shane. After a terrible ordeal he made me feel better.

Give people cut backs! I put that I would have the Uhaul for 24hrs to be safe and I finished with it In six hours. I should have gotten cash taken off for my extreme early return. But other then. Everything was great even the 1-800 number

The guy working there was so nice and polite. He offered any help I might need with my move to Louisville with trucks and storage. Will definitely be renting a truck from him when moving into our house and getting stuff from storage.

The text communication was terrible. I was supposed to be able to pick my truck up before hours and could not because the link didn't work. When I returned the truck I was sent a text to asses the condition of the truck and that link didn't work so I guess I was charged $20 which I guess I'll never know because I could never get an itemized bill. Next time I'll probably go to another rental company.

Worker unhooked car trailer from truck before car removed , did not unhook chain which resulted in suv coming off trailer causing significant damage to vehicle and cost 250 for tow truck to get it off trailer. Claim in process. Avoid this location.

Well i think that Shane has very good customer service he was awesome. And i would recommend people to come visit that location on fern valley in Louisville Ky. Shane u are the man great service n u deserve a 10 ??????????

Outrageous charges on mileage .99 cents a mile is rediculous especially when I had to go to a farther location to pick up and drop off the truck to get the size truck I needed and still had to get a smaller truck then wanted will not ever go back to uhaul ... I have used uhaul services a lot of times even to move across the United States and never been charged as much as I was this time absurd!!!!

The sign at the drop off location should be worded differently. It says step one park in the same location we picked up from (thank God there was two uhaul sour there because I wouldn't know where to park), step 2 , drop keys in Dropbox, & step 3 complete self checkin via the U-Haul website. Once you drop the keys in the Dropbox you are unable to turn truck on to complete self checkin.

My vehicle was dirty ragidy and old with almost 175,000 miles on it, the drive was very rough, so shakey that if felt as if it was going to break down. I could not exceed 45 miles per hour or the ride got even worse, it was raining and the truck had a leak on the top getting my boxes and items wet, I spoke to 4 different people and the managers did not take ownership in such poor equipment and customer service and no help, as they forward my calls to someone else who still did nothing to fix the issue. Now I am waiting up to 72 hours for a regional manager to contact me about the issues. I want a full refund. I know they turned right around and allowed another customer to rent that big ragidy truck. People be aware, choose a better truck rental company who care about you safety and your property enough to give you a lroperly working and reliable rental.

I was very disappointed in U Haul on this rental. I made the reservation for Bardstown Rd pickup and U haul changed it to a location clear across town. Which tells me U-haul does not value my time. Further, this location did not inventory this trailer so I was told, it was brought to them for my rental pickup.. When I inquired about the change in venue, I was told By Jasamine , at Bardstown Rd,that Bardstown Rd didn't have the equipment........based on what I was told at the pick up location, the trailer could have been delivered to Bardstown Rd just as well.

The lady at the dealer was kind and friendly. However, the location was difficult to find as it was "off the beaten path" 500 yards off the street. Mainly a Uhaul Storage lot, not a regular place to rent a vehicle.
