Unfortunately my experience was subpar!The owner was unprofessional,confrontational and late.I wouldn't recommend this facility to anyone! Beware!!!

DONTAE W.The lady was sitting in her car when we pulled up which was unprofessional especially during business hours. I did not see or sign any paperwork. She charged my card $48 for the rental. We had the smallest truck and we did not drive very far at all and the truck was returned with more gas than when we received it and it was returned on time. The next day I have a $97 charge pending in my account with no explanation. I will be contacting the company today and I will never go back to this office.

gerson R.Our location for pickup was in LaGrange, Ga. We were moving from there to Ellijay, Ga. Suddenly we had to pickup the truck in Newnan, Ga. for some reason that changed again to Fayetteville,Ga. It took two and a half hours to get our truck. Then drive an hour south back to LaGrange,Ga. to start loading. After it was all completed we were charged for an additional 76 miles. Basically the difference in we're we picked up the truck to where we had made arrangements to originally pickup the truck. Dealing with your app to get the truck was a total nightmare. I will NEVER rent another U-haul again as the unprofessional approach was ridiculous. So far I've advised two friends to go through Penske.

FREDERICK D.I had a 9am in person pickup and no one was there. Someone showed up about 9:45. Then I was told I was late. Did my pick via phone from the attendant daughter with the attendant on the phone. For drop off I did mobile drop off with no instructions on what to do with the key. Call U-Haul to inform them I didn't know what to do with the key so I left it in the truck because I wasn't given instructions on what to do with the key and she said she would note it. Today around 5 pm got a text from the attendant for me to call her and she was very nasty as I I tried to explain that I had called U haul and the CSR said she would note and that I didn't have to go back to drop the key in a secure box that leaving it in the truck was okay. If I had been given clear instructions on what to do with the key I would have know. The customer service is horrible and being a first time renter this was a horrible experience and I will never use this rental again.
