I have rented 4-5 different vehicles from this location. 2 had fuel leaking and the other ones had a lot of maintenance issues from Transmission to steering problem's I like the place but the trucks are junk.

We weren’t charged because I reached out to Uhaul customer service. The location & workers were nice, but we were at risk for getting charged another day.

Ernest WThe truck had a huge dent at the driver's side wheel well. The interior of the cab was filthy, with dried mud covering the floor of the driver's side. The interior of the back also had a layer of dirt. It was clear no one had bothered to sweep out the back before handing the truck over to us, and whoever had the truck before us moved muddy things or worked on a muddy day. My final receipt showed a $30 Safe Move charge when I had clearly chosen the $15 coverage option, having even spoken to the associate at Purple Peddler about choosing the cheaper option when I picked up the truck. And they charged me for two gallons of gas. I was directed to bring back the truck with the gas gauge slightly above the quarter tank mark. I did that. How in the world they could tell whether it was two gallons more or less than what it was when I picked up the truck is beyond me. Between the up charge on the coverage and the two gallons of gas they charged me, it felt very shady, with them looking for ways to pad out the final payment.
Chandler TWhile the return location was suitable, it was five miles from my destination. Another UHaul location was three blocks from my destination. It's apparent you are more interested in throwing bones to vendors than you are to customer convenience and satisfaction. I regret that there was no recourse for me given that I returned the vehicle with more gas than I accepted it.

roberto sThe location did not have the dolly that I reserved and did not notify me prior to equipment pickup and had the nerve to suggest that I waste time and gas going to another location to get a dolly and then call the corporate office to get my money back for it. The agent and the owner were very argumentative and did not offer to make the situation right. I’m supposed get $50 for reservations that are not honored and the dolly was not available.

I had to contact supp6to assist. I been to many Uhaul locations coming from a military family. This is the first negative experience like this and i would definitely not recommend this location. RICHARD SChose this location because of how late it stays open and its name. Is there a way when making the reservation to alert drivers to return trucks at the front of store? Signs not to park in back were only seen after parking and being alerted by owner. Hard to navigate, drive, and read the signs so quickly.
