Akmal QMy truck was completely unacceptable upon retrieval. I took many photos and videos. There was dirt everywhere in both the front passenger portion, and the truck/loading portion. The inside of the car had dirt and sticky substances stained all over the floor, seats, cup holders and steering wheel. The back of the truck had lots of sawdust and dirt all over the inside and outside ledge of the truck that had to be swept out by myself and my partner, which took extra time and work. Not to mention there was human urine on the side of the truck. This truck was not suitable to move things into without it being deep cleaned first. I was appalled and really would like a refund for that portion of my payment.
Deija SThe online reservation and check in service don’t work. When I arrived, 20 minutes after the pickup time, I was told my reservation didn’t have a vehicle assigned. The van had significant damage, wasn’t cleaned, and was in major disrepair.

Brian KManagement claimed that the fuel tank started at 3/8 tank full when in fact it started below 1/4 tank. I received a $22 extra charge because they claimed that I did not refund the tank. I had to call customer service to provide proof and reverse this charge. The phone call took at least 15 minutes to resolve which seemed excessive. It felt like I had to be vigilant to catch them putting this extra charge on my reservation.

MARK AI had a good experience here. The representative was very pleasant , flexible and gave good service. The truck was spotless on the inside and the a/c worked really well. Left with a warm feeling.

TEnzin LMr. Scott provided exceptional customer service. The pick up was smooth and he was very thorough in explaining all the details. I returned the van as he was preparing to leave for the day and he stopped to assist me with the return process. I have rented from this location in the past and thanks to his customer service, I will continue to rent from this location.
Lynn Myour mobile pick up is awful. if it is meant for customers to pick up vehicles at off hours, then make it so.

Guy SI did not what insurance. i specifically checked to no have it added to my online order. When my partner arrived to pick it up it was added to the order. He did not ask for it either. I did not receive a online recipient for the updated price. My original order was 41 and i was charged 71. This is not ok. Very disappointed.
Amy AThe truck was faulty, with both the drivers rear view mirror, and window roll up/down handle falling off during my rental. I'm disappointed I didn't receive a discount because I had to stop using it once the rearview mirror fell off.
Karie HThe reps were nice but they don't help you. Picking up the truck was cool. The rep help with changing the time but that's it. This location make the process of renting a uhaul a little difficult and complicated for me. I don't think I will visit this location to rent in the future.

Jasmine JI don’t understand why I had to do a second check in process when I got to the location as I had already done the online check in the day before. It took 30 minutes standing in the pouring rain to verify my identity with my license and two contacts and was a huge pain. I wouldn’t mind if I could have done it before hand but this really really sucked.

Erick RWe’ll, I paid for 20 miles but it was actually only about 20 blocks of service. So I overpaid in mileage and I didn’t get any credit for that. Yet they charged me for gas but the needle hardly moved. Other than that the service was decent.

Michael Jgreat service, especially when the app refused to let me check out which was frustrating, but nothing to do with the location. I only drove 4 miles and the app refused to accept my mileage use - super dumb. I should be getting a refund for the estimated miles used and expect it - hopefully someone here can make this right.
Jeffrey BThe overall virtual and mobile experience was a hackle. That made me loose time before and during pickup which also took time from my moving process. My reservation email indicated I had chosen a pickup that would require mobile device, which I did not consciously did. Then I created an account which I could never link to my reservation. Then if I would access my reservation from the confirmation email, it was physically challenging and counterintuitive to identify where to click for next steps in advancing the pickup process. Ultimately I managed to go through the pickup process entering my DL and emergency contact but at the last step when clicking the “Finish /Complete Pickup” I would get a screen indicating I had no reservation. Fortunately the gas station attendant was able to retrieve my information and complete the process.
