I called the number of the drop off location three times (once on 4/1- evening & twice on 4/2- morning.) Nobody answered or returned my message. The lady behind the counter took the key on 4/1-night, yet didn't come check the truck mileage or gas. I had to drop the truck off at the location in good faith that the person would do their job properly in the morning. I was asked to return the truck with 1/4 of a tank of gas and assured I would get a credit of $24.30 because when I picked up the truck it was 3/8 of a tank. I left it at exactly 1/4. Instead of a credit, I was charged an extra $24.30. (???)

This was not the location that I choose when I made reservations a month ago, found out 24 hours before my pickup that location was changed to 30 minutes further away. Couldn't get anyone to call me back to see about a closer location

Sand throughout the back of the truck. When braking, the steering wheel would shake hard. Also was charged for safe move when I declined.

Location for pick up changed 24 hours ahead. I called night before, and day of to confirm, no return call, called usual they said they could not call,, had to drive there to make sure they had a truck. He wanted me to pick it up right then because he was "leaving". My 2nd driver was not with me because it was 2 hrs prior to pick up time. So he said call his cell phone when picking it up. When we came back they did not have the utility dolly I reserved. I had to call around, and go pick one up in Rincon the next morning. I was charged for "safe move" and he did not even tell me or ask me, SO I WOULD LIKE A REFUND ON THAT. Do you ever read this surveys, or do anything about the feedback??

There was a sign to sweep out the truck before turning it in, and there was dirt when we loaded my daughter's things. We swept it before we turned it back in. It was not swept before we got it.

The license plate was not on the truck, found it on the inside in the dash. Took a phone call to u-haul and a long hold and drive back up to the pick up location to find out where it was.

I was having some issues returning the truck via u-haul.com and called the customer service number and was on hold for 2hr when the automated voice said I should only be waiting 30-40mins. All of a sudden I then get disconnected. I then call back and spoke to someone in roughly 35mins to get help returning my truck.

I had to use a cellphone from the gas station attendant to get the truck. Truck was NOT clean on the inside especially due to COVID and clearing standards...there was non. I ended up gathering a cloth and cleaning supplies from the attendant and cleaned the cab myself. The back of the truck was full of pet hair. I had to clean it out with a broom myself. Overall unsatisfactory.

Attend was not there, conducted business over the attendants dirty phone. Tried to send receipt via email and which wasn't working at the time. A lot of information was lost in translation due to attent not being present upon pick-up of equipment.

Wasn't told I was dispatched as an in town and was unable to return the uhaul in the city of my destination, I had to bring the uhaul back to bloomingdale from hinesville then was told I was responsible for all payments. I told the guy I wasn't coming back to Bloomingdale when I initially rented the uhaul. They refused to compensate me for their failure to give me what I needed.
