Michele was very professional and caring, she followed up closely with me on the truck rental order, and when UHaul app didn't work for technical issues, she didn't wait and. Last time this office overcharged me, so I had to call U-haul to get it reversed. This time, the truck I ordered wasn't there so they gave me another truck, but had to wait 20 extra minutes to get it all sorted out. The truck was filthy, and the back wasn't cleaned out - old stuff from last user, obviously. Then I returned truck with more gas in it than when I started, and I was still charged the Fuel Charge. Called this office, and Bob said he couldn't do anything, but told me to call the U-Haul office. I've been on hold for 40 minutes - nothing so far. Very, very amateur operation. I just used the small size van for 45 min and drove 22 miles they charged me $127. Estimated cost given to me when book online was around $45. Uhaul customer care is worst and wait time is 60min. Even if you wait for 60 min no one responding.Ravichand K.
This uhaul rep has cheated me in several aspects. He issued me email information that did NOT show the correct mileage or fuel usage. The truck was dirty (sticky drink spilled in bed of truck) and the steering wheel shakes. I have been overcharged for fuel usage. I was told I would be contacted about this two days ago. When I returned my equipment, I was told everything was fine and that I was all set. Later in the day I realized they charged me $80+ more than what I signed for. I was never told of the extra charge or the reason. I tried to call the same day to ask about this and no one ever answered. I called UHAUL directly not the local office I rented from.Eymer G.

I paid less than 200 dollars to have the truck returned to the same location to then find out today they charged me 475 as a one way when I shouldn't have. I was called to make sure I had the lowest rate for the number of days I was going to have the truck but they switched it on me and charged the highest price for the truck. This is very shady and I want a refund.Gabriel D.

My contract agreement was from 9:30 am to 7:30 pm, on June 1st, 2022. I returned the vehicle at approximately 7:15 pm, June 1st. When I arrived on location to return the keys, the office was locked, so I put the key in the drop box. When I received my receipt, I noticed they had charged me for two days. So that my insurance was doubled and so was my rental fee. I tried to contact the location, but no no avail at this time.Jeff P.

There was many issues with the service. The representative didn't come until 9:40am when my reservation was at 9:30am. There were items and different prices that they claimed were on my reservation that didn't reflect what I had, and to top it off, they tried to charge me $100 more than what I was originally quoted. I understand the lady was new and it was her second day, but the manager who I never got to spoke to should've been there to accommodate and make sure at the least the move could've been smoother.Jasmine V.
The only complaint I have is the stingy mileage allotment for someone traveling this distance. Due to heavy traffic on the Memorial Day weekend, a detour due to Construction and GPS routing me to avoid toll roads, I exceeded the 143 mi allotment by 17 miles. I returned the truck with more gas than it had when I picked it up and I was still charged .40 a mile plus tax for the overage. Otherwise this review would have been "Excellent " all around.James E.

The place is hard to see from the road and needs better signage. We found it by looking for the trucks, not the storefront, and it is at the far rear of an industrial park.Landon S.
Don't use this location. Come to find out that they weren't open for my confirmed pickup time nor do they have a pickup/drop off key box. Once they opened, they didn't have the dolly I reserved and all they said is I could go to a different location to get one. Then I found out after I was done with the truck and filling up, the gas gauge wasn't reported accurately on the contract because I drove only 38 miles but gas gauge indicated 1/2 tank was used. I didn't catch this because I was in a hurry due to me supposed to be getting the truck at 830 but couldn't until 930 when they opened. When you return the truck after hours ,they told me, you place the key under some pallets in front of the building, really? DON'T use this location.john H.

The customer service person, Jodie, was very helpful and extremely friendly. I originally inquired at the Old Newman location and didn't feel comfortable with the 24/7 process (you do everything from your smartphone) so I switched locations to King Road in order to get a "real" person.
