Design a system where you can ensure the reserved truck will be available on the date/time of the reservation. My truck was there on time, but the thought that it might not be generated a HUGE amount of stress for me in the weeks preceding the move.Lynn M.

My reservation was cancelled, I was not the one who cancelled. In the end, the same exact truck cost me over $50 extra. I know it is not this locations fault, which is why I left a good review. But I will not be using U-Haul again.Megan E.

Stop renting your equipment from this location. The absolute worst service anyone could ever receive. Called the cops on me and reported the trailer I rented stolen. Then uhaul cancelled my contract. The rep Cory would not return or answer calls. He should never have any part of customer service ever. The absolute worst service anyone could receive. If there was a rating under poor. attendant only gave the number of trailer. He said it was entirely self service. He originally stated I had a 5x8 incorrectly. He was working the counter at the gas station and repeatedly interrupted our interaction to check out people seeking a soft drink etc. I have a 7 pin plug and he said the problem was mine and didn't know where to get an adapter. I found one on the small Uhaul rack in the store. He would have allowed me to leave with our lights or adequate chain or hitch connections. I received no paperwork. He did not check my trailer before I left nor when I returned. This encounter was nothing like recent previous encounters at Uhaul rental facilities. The person on duty seemed to have little orientation and took minimal responsibility for safety.Terrence C.

I picked up my trailer alone, and the person working simply helped lift onto the ball (didn't know which one to use) then walked away. He didn't check lights, make sure emergeny chains were attached properly, or tighten the ball on. Not helpful at all.Melissa S.

Very disorganised. Employee unable to process return because she was not trained. I also rented trailor on another day and had to wait for owner to arrive because same employee could not process. Had to load trailor myself. Then there was an unknown charge to my credit card from same location that owner said he did not do. Very unhappy with this businessDavid V.
The regional customer service agents (Sue) was extremely helpful when the local agent (Paul) wasn't available for our pick up. We waited 1.5 hours for him to show up to check us in. There was no wifi at this location and we barely had service on our cell phones. We had to walk over to the dollar general to use their wifi in order to get help. I would not recommend using this place to get your uhaul.david robert P.

The muffler sounded non-existent. The truck could barely hold oil pressure. The reverse light was broken out. This truck seemed very unsafe. I would have not used it if there had been any other truck available within any local distance. For this broken unsafe vehicle i had to be rerouted 27 miles from Kalamazoo mi which is a major hub for them. After renting a truck like this, waiting a long time on hold for someone from roadside assistance that never answered i will not be using U-Haul again. I will pay the extra money to use Penske. Very disappointed in the low quality of the vehicle and not getting the help or response about the unsafe condition it was left in. Should have been repaired or decommissioned before I used it.Robert B.

No help unloading trailer and unable to get receipt for rental because she was not trained. I also have to extra charges on xard. Questioned clerk, she did not know. My pickup location got changed hours prior to my pickup. Had to travel an hour away to get my truck. U-Haul rep was not very empathetic and the only concession for my inconvenience was to not charge me for the extra miles between pickup location and requested pickup location. Brought back the vehicle and had to jump through hoops to park the trailer in a difficult spot with minimal communication from the attendant. I brought back the vehicle with a 1/4 tank of gas which I was instructed to do. Just checked my email and this joker charged be $57 to put 5 additional gallons in without saying anything to me.
