Truck was filthy, mileage and fuel readings where inaccurate, truck itself had warning lights on that needed to be addressed PRIOR to anyone renting it. I've used UHaul many times previously without issue but I won't be renting from this location again.Amy R.

We had to wait almost a half hour, didn't get the stuff in the Van I ordered (I didn't remember what it was, but they had the order open they should have known) and they wanted the Van returned before the 5 hours I requested. Poor service!!!Kenneth F.
My location was switched a day before pickup and I was told to come at 6pm. The pickup location then told me I was not allowed to pickup after 5pm so I had to come back next day. Unexpectable and I should have been refunded but neither pickup location or U-Haul customer service were helpful with that. Won't be using again anytime soon unless a refund is given.Jeremy T.

I had a 10:30 appointment as I had a crew all set and waiting for me with the truck. When I arrived I was told that the ONLY person who could handle this was "on the road" - nearly 30 minutes went by before he returned! Then he had nothing ready - no paperwork, not even the equipment I had ordered in advance. It took another 20-25 minutes before I got out of there - so pushed schedules back over an hour and cost me an unnecessary extra hour of labor costs. Then the AC didn't work - on the hottest day of the year! When I returned, the UHaul guy wasn't there again - and everything had to be processed next day. Not a good experience - go elsewhere!Lisa Z.

This location is a pretty messy auto repair garage, difficult to park in fact so difficult that they ask for your car keys so they can move your car around. The 10 foot truck was filthy inside the cargo bay and I had to sweep it out myself. The inside of the cabin looked like it had never been cleaned in years. The moving blankets were in a ball with dirt and twigs. They shorted me and provided only 7 when I had requested a dozen moving pads. The only thing good is the truck did not break down although it made an unusual noise during acceleration. So, I will use a different location next time I need to rent a truck.Glenn K.

The UHAUL was clean. However when I dropped the vehicle off, they said it was only one guy there so they could not process my check out at this time. They sent me an email and overcharged my card. They added on extra fees and charged me for fuel, which they shouldn't have. I put fuel exactly where it was when I got the vehicle. I have photos too. No one ever reached back out to me.Tatiana T.

I ordered 36 moving blankets and was only given 14. The truck had less gas than indicated and also had more mileage than what the printout showed. The print was too small and I did not have my glasses. I only went 66 miles and was charged for almost 100 miles. I could see the needle move as I was driving....that's how poor the shape of the truck is in. Gas guzzler and I had to pay extra. I spent 30 dollars for 66 miles and was charged an additional 20 dollars for fuel??? Overall this cost me around $75 more than what it was supposed to. This is not right. I will never use uhual again if I don't hear back from you.Richard P.

At time of rental, a dolly was mistakenly added to my invoice. I discovered the error and Jacob suggested removing the charge upon drop-off so that I wouldn't be delayed in starting my move. However, upon drop-off (6 hours later), Jacob was unable to remove the charge because the "u-haul software" wasn't working correctly. I made 4 calls over the next week in order to reverse the charge and now, nearly 2 weeks later, I still have no evidence of the credit. In addition, I've recently received an email and text that I now owe $10 for a citation- toll that occurred 25 hours after I returned the truck. Pullens was only able to provide me a copy of the contract for the renter to whom the charge should have applied and a phone number at u-Haul for me to resolve the issue. The citation-toll clearly occurred during the subsequent rental and not during my rental but I'm burdened with resolving the issue. This has been an unending nightmare. I will NEVER use u-Haul again.Albert B.

My uhaul was scheduled for pick up at 8:00 am. I received an email at 4:00pm that is was pushed back until 12:00 pm. This meant I had to push back the movers. I arrived at 12:30 and my uhaul was not there because the customer had not brought it back. I had to make them call the customer to see what happened and waz told the customer was still unloading it and would bring it when he was done. I didn't get it until 4:00 pm which meant I couldn't leave when I needed to. The truck was dirty and smelled like body odor and sweat. Tbe truck's alignment was out and stalled out tbe next day, the transmission stopped working the it had finally worked again but, kept trying to stalled out.Lolly M.

Our location and size of truck was changed last minute. We ordered a uhaul a month ago, which was "guaranteed". We were then called the day before our moving date and told that our truck was no longer available. We had to go to a different location to get a truck that was 5' smaller than we needed. We were given no apologies and customer service was actually rude to us when we questioned why our "guaranteed" truck wasn't available, and why we were finding this out the day before our move date. I honestly won't use uhaul again and will suggest to everyone I know not to use uhaul. It was extremely unprofessional and severely impacted our move.Travis G.
