The person in charge was not prepared to assist on the rental. The person I talked to on the phone at UHAUL, gave a rate of 89$ and when I arrived at the locates above mentioned, I was charged total different amount. At the time of pick-up I told the representative that I needed rental for 24 hrs because we pickup Food for distribution from the food bank and it varies what time we get truck unloaded. She told me I was fine, she didn't have to change it, just bring the truck back within 24 hrs and I wouldn't be charged. I later found out she never made the change, only had the truck for 5 hours and I had to rush to get it back because someone was waiting. Proper training for employees because I was inconvenienced greatly without getting my pickup completed.Margaret P.

Air conditioning didn't work in truck that was reserved for us. They did have another truck which had air conditioning & the gentleman offered to let us switch to that truck. Unfortunately, something didn't work with the transfer because when we tried to return the truck as planned to Clean Air Truck rental we had problems with return.Stephen N.
The person working the station counter barely spoke English. My reservation was moved. I was asked to pick up a trailer, and after stopping my moving to day to ge tit to transport it with me, the trailer was nowhere to be found and the staff had no clue what I was talking about.Joshua I.

I reserved an appliance dolly, but when I got there the man said he did not have one, but I could stop at other uhaul locations to see if they had one. I didn't have time to stop until I found one. Needless to say, that made it difficult to move a washer and dryer.Nancy K.

I arrived 3 days before the rental agreement said I had to return. I do not recall entering a return date, but because I was three days early, the drop off location was not expecting me. Again, the self return via website did not work at all for me, but the staff was able to assist. Took longer than it should, but the staff were very helpful.Louis L.
Unorganized location. Did not have the dolly as requested. Should really stop using gas stations and smaller stores as pick up locations. The key drop box was broken, the store owner couldn't locate keys and items. Will not rent from uhaul again after 2 bad experiences within the weekendJeffery J.
My invoice is $12.00 less than the charge to my credit card. It tolk.too long to check me out upon return. I did all the work, taking picture of the gas and odometer reading and still charged $12.00 more than my invoice amount. My gas was more upon return than when I left. I was forced to go to three different locations fir a truck. I hired workers with a deposit that was forfeited due to lateness. Paid over $100.00 in gas to be charged $27.00 and I put more in than I originally received. Very upset with the service along with having to complete the job with my children and I didn't finish until 1:30 am because the storage had to emptied and clean by Monday which was the following day. Really upset and disappointed with the service.CHIQUITA G.
The location is a gas station and that is their main focus. When I went to pick up the equipment I was not given the attention that a $500 transaction merits. The first vehicle was offered had issues with the transaction. Was given another and had less then half a tank. Attendant was rude and called me a motherfucker to another customer when he thought I was not around . He had me complete the reservation and summit my credit info and license through his personal phone!!! Had no choice since my original pickup location was changed. The truck was not clean had soda spilled in the cup holders, the right front wiper blade almost flew off when used halfway through the trip. As a company uhaul is decent, but when you sublet or subcontract it sucks . Plus given the current gas fiasco could not take a risk on running low so had to put way more gas before returning the vehicle just to not be stuck without finding a place to fill to the level I was given.JOSE M.
Pickup took about 35 minutes. It's a gas station. The trailer hadn't been swept out. They didn't have the mattress bag that I ordered, so I had to go to a second location.Timothy N.

A lot. I tried to extend my rental three separate times. I went to the store in person and was told to call a number, sat on hold for over an hour for the guy on the phone to tell me to go to the store where I rented the van. So I went back to the store, only for them to tell me they can't access a computer and I would have to return it, then rent it back. All of this took over six hours of my time. I've never had a company fight me so hard for me to NOT spend more of my money.ELLIOTT H.

My return experience was horrible though (600 Powder Springs RD). I got to the location and the employee seemed annoyed that I asked him where I should park the trailer. I couldn't close out the trailer with the app, and when I asked the employee for assistance he seemed as if I was a burden. Then when it was all said and done, the trailer wasn't checked in correctly. I got a call one week later telling me my trailer was past due. I explained the situation and it was resolved by the customer service attendant, but I was annoyed at the situation.JOSEPH M.
By no fault of the individual site didn't operate properly. They upgraded me for free because of the inconvenience. Brake/signal light was out also.Inett L.
The woman helping me was having trouble with the electronics. A man working with her looked at me and said to check myself in on my app. I then asked for someone to remove the trailer and was told to do it myself or get charged. I said not and the woman who checked me in helped me unhook and push the trailer into it's slot. Not good!!!William T.
I've rented from U-haul several times. In my past experiences, personnel have always been courteous and helpful, and usually insistent on hooking up the trailer and checking the lights. At this location, they just pointed to the trailer and walked away. Luckily, I brought some help with me, and have connected a trailer many times, but anyone less equipped or familiar would have been in a bad way.KATIE S.

This was the worst customer experience I've ever had.. The final pickup location was only a minor issue. Issues... 1) Pickup location changed 3 times in the last 24 hours - so 4 pickup locations in 24 hours just prior to pickup 2) After 2 changes due to trucks not being returned, you guys told me on the phone the night before pickup, that my truck was already at location #3 - thus no more changes 3) App/Online consistently showed my pickup location as the original pickup location. 4) In the middle of picking up at location #3, the app prompted me for a drop off location which had been set a month ago. 5) U-Haul rep at location #3 advises both 26' trucks were rented to other people, so had to send me to pickup location #4 6) At pickup location #4, for some reason credit card #1 became an issues and had to provide credit card #2. 7) Credit card #1 ends up getting charged (more than the original agreement) according to the receipt 8) While I received an email saying I had received $50 refund promised on the phone after I called u-haul after leaving pickup location #3, said refund has not been received. Perhaps it was credited to credit card #2 that was never used. In summary, pretty much a complete failure in terms of logistics, communication, execution, customer service, and IT systems. Needless to say, my only suggestion to friends would be to avoid U-Haul at all costs.John O.
The store was closed due to power outage. We were told nothing could be done and we needed to move that morning. They didn't provide any alternatives. We then called to get a truck somewhere else and that rep helped us find another location. There was trash in the truck we got and we were charged 50 dollars more when we had earlier reserved. After returning truck to address on receipt , we got a call from a uhual rep (Columbus, ga airport ) screaming at us to deliver the truck there . The reservation had been changed due to earlier incident at original place. We have receipts to show we dropped off at right location . It was a bad experience from start to finish and no one ever apologized or offered to help. Would never recommend . When a company falls short , and majorly inconveniences customer , you should take accountability and help in any way possible .Jonathan T.

You can expect an EEOcomplaint as the anttendant giving me â€˜instruction' yelling at me from a moving golf cart . I stood there until he made a second pass yelling unintelligible drivel and I asked to come talk to me like a â€˜God Damned grown man'. He Released a tirade of insults to include calling me a â€˜mother fucker' I left the trailer in its place and left. Treat people crappy, expect the same. What a dumpster fire of a Uhaul service point.JASON J.

There is not a low enough rating for this location. Crooks. Wrongly added a day to my rental without telling me. Would not give me a receipt showing the rental return. Spent 45 minutes trying to drop off the rental trailer. Spent another 30 minutes getting it correct with U-Haul customer service - who was very helpful.Tim D.
He Was Rude He Had Noooo idea What He was doing he charged us because we didn't unhook the trailer because it wasn't our job to unhook the trailer because we didn't hook it up the place where we picked the uhaul up did. We were in there for an hour and accomplished nothing it's not even a real uhaul place it's a gas station that you drop uhaul's at. It was awful DO NOT DROP YOUR UHAUL's HERE !!!!!!!!Adasia B.
