IAN PThe checkout mileage was wrong when picking up the truck. It took several calls to customer service and over 45 minutes to get the issue corrected and the miles charged were still incorrect at the end. I would not use the online service again.

Brian Si have always used uhaul and not had problems like i encountered with this one, it was horrible, so horrible that i may never use uhaul again. the whole experience from the start was just horrible. i had ordered a dolly, which wasn't in the truck when i got to the next county. just initially trying to get the truck at the location was between 30-45 minutes. and someone had put the lock on backwards which was a whole nother issue and experience trying to crack a lock backwards using a cell phone as a mirror. The persons renting the uhaul weren't even there. And no one told me i'd have to sit in the over 90 degree heat waiting for an app to load to so i could actually go thru steps to use the thing. Returning the uhaul was just as ridiculous. Just an overall horrible experience with this particular location...and enough to make me reconsider ever using uhaul again, not to mention paying one price and then catching them trying to run another on my debit card...thank God I caught it

The other two rentals took a long time at pick up; charged for fuel when it had been filled up; we’re not very friendly or helpful. Will use this current location for any future rentals!
Dawne RThe representative that I spoke with to make the appointment put the wrong information on file and put the wrong name down. Did not tell me this was a over the phone pick up and waited over an hour to pick up the Uhaul to correct this. Had to create another appointment all together with the correct information that should have been documented and asked the first time. Horrible experience all around.

Mary AI called the phone number on the door at the rental office not realizing they were closed. The owner asked me if I was at the rental site, and since I was she said she was ten minutes away and would be right over. I was able to rent the trailer and get my jobs done. I was very appreciative for that kind of customer service.
