Faster Processing Time.

Complete chaos at pickup. Folks working there couldn't work computer well or explain what I needed. Computer was slow to begin with then all the info about insurance and drop off location was not able to be accessed and we had to do it all over again. Line grew as they couldn't get things done. People were frustrated behind me and some interatctions I overheard between the owners and the customers were inappropriate. I will NEVER use this location again

The worst ever experience I had in my life. I took the U-hall at 7pm and dropped it around 5pm the next day whereas I was charged for an entire extra day without any reason. The agents in MD told me to drop it around 7pm so it will be considered 24 hrs, but how come I was forced to pay for 48 hours. It’s a rip-off I don’t recommend these offices to anyone. I hope the higher management finds out and pay my money back. Thanks

The key was not available at time of pick up then the owners were late opening up so my move was delayed for 1 1/2 hours waiting to get my truck. I also had s problem with the online process it did not connect to ur sender I guess but I had to call a couple of times to get things right

I found Mr. Erickson very personable. He was very accomodating when I had the change my rental schedule and personally called to alert me that I forgot my license. Thank you for your kindness, Mr, Erickson.

Keep up the amazing work!!! I was so nervous that i would have to spend a lot of money to move a few items into a storage unit. But oh no!! I was reassured that i only pay for what you use! Sooooo true :) thank you i will come back again!

This place is very professional! I was greeted with a handshake and a smile. I was pretty shocked how laid back this location is! It is a family own business.....meaning, they actually care about their customers. I was able to just walk in and walk out...no long line like the other Uhaul location.

There was a mix up on the first night I was supposed to get the track which greatly inconvenienced me because I had to push my moved back a day. Then I was charged incorrectly for two days of rental.
