First of all my rental was supposed to be from a much closer place, but the day before they told me this location. This added 10 miles to my bill. Secondly, this particular truck did not start the car with the usual jiggling the steering wheel while trying to turn the ignition key. Each time (I think i had 5 or 6) this took an extra 1-2 minutes of trial and error. Very frustrating. Thirdly, related to the new location: I had ordered blankets for protection, the new location didn't have them.Peter T.
The trucks AC was not working in a very hot day and it was dirty inside of it. I felt like the truck was about to break down. When I was driving it would slow down like it was about to just turn off . I had everything set up for pick at 7 am in one location and the day before it was changed to 9 am to a different location this was so inconvenient.MARTA F.

The owners told us that "Americans have no home training" because we told them they were being rude to us.. that need to be investigated and shut down. Doesn't look like anybody wiped the van down after it was returned by another customer. There was small trash around. You can tell that there was no care. Everything else was GREAT! With or without Covid-19 and especially during these times you kind of expect to see to see things wiped down or look like it's been clean. Including the floor. I dropped my phone on the floor and was discussed because of how it looked. Overall, it did it's job. ThanksSHAWNAE A.

We're in a middle of global pandemic, and I honestly thought that you all would take that into consideration being that DMV's are closed across the nation. My purse was stolen out of my car and my drivers license was in it. I have not been able to get a replacement because of COVID-19. Not only was my customer ID number, a photocopy of my Drivers license AND my physical passport not enough, it took them 1 1/2 hours to figure out what I needed to do to leave with a truck. I had to call my sister so she could use her Driver's License, she came in 10 minutes. Your service reps took up the other 1 hr and 20 mins. & on top of that, she had to drive the truck to Richmond and then I had to take her back to Maryland. Which is 1hr and 45 mins one way. I am extremely upset. This has been the worst moving experience ever, when this process is already stressful enough! The representatives were very nice people, but the service was horrible.michelle G.

Complete chaos at pickup. Folks working there couldn't work computer well or explain what I needed. Computer was slow to begin with then all the info about insurance and drop off location was not able to be accessed and we had to do it all over again. Line grew as they couldn't get things done. People were frustrated behind me and some interatctions I overheard between the owners and the customers were inappropriate. I will NEVER use this location againElaine S.

The worst ever experience I had in my life. I took the U-hall at 7pm and dropped it around 5pm the next day whereas I was charged for an entire extra day without any reason. The agents in MD told me to drop it around 7pm so it will be considered 24 hrs, but how come I was forced to pay for 48 hours. It's a rip-off I don't recommend these offices to anyone. Employee at desk was obviously very new to U-haul and had little to no information about how to return a vehicle in the system. I was at this location for over a half hour for a process that should take less than 5 minutes. He had to call management and u-haul to deal with this routine procedure.andrew W.

I was not able to get the vehicle from the initially booked place because the vehicle there was not settled up. And I had to go 12 more minutes to get to this place and get the truck, which is upsetting. Also, I did not get the dollies and pads I booked.
