Susana OThe office and staff is nice and friendly. The location is difficult to park and maneuver in such a tight alleyway with lots of trees to try to parallel park in-between. The truck was very dirty. No loose trash items, but just very dirty. The cup holders are so sticky/nasty you don't want to put anything there. The storage cubbies are nasty so you don't want to put your cellphone there. The back of the truck was dirty and lots of little items like some hooks, nail, string, and dirt. The lock that is chained to the rear door had no key for it on the keychain, so can't use the lock.
JOHN ENo effective signs on the location. Only found it by seeing trucks parked behind the shopping center. This is really sub-standard and cannot be a a good look for U-Haul

michael bIn this place they give super bad attention and apart the person is dishonest, on the receipt he put the gasoline tank in half, when in reality the truck was delivered with 3/4 and put more mile than what was used, I delivered the truck in 87426.5 it is little but I do the review for the place and the person so dishonest

Alex kI had an excellent experience with my U-Haul rental. The truck was very clean and very smooth. It felt like it was brand new. It was easy to drive. The pick up and drop off location was ideal and also clean. Mr. Qamar Haque assisted me with the rental and gave me good advice and directions on what I needed to know and do for the return of the truck. I wasn't concerned with dropping off after hours especially since it would be dark. The parking area had adequate lighting. No one enjoys moving but my experience with the truck, U-Haul, and Mr. Qamar Haque, made my move a much easier process. I will definitely recommend this location to friends and family as an ideal location to rent a truck and if I ever need a truck again in the future, I will rent from this location. Jackie P.
Jacqueline PThe man was rude. I requested on the mobile app to rent the u-haul for 5 hours due to moving. He demanded i bring it back early due to him not wanting to stay until i finished. I will never come back after that kind of customer service
DOUGLAS DI was directed to this location after the location I made a reservation with (183rd & 27th Ave) did not accommodate me as per my 12pm reservation. This inconvenience did not allow me to empty my storage before 6pm in order to get a prorate discount for my monthly storage and because I had to go pick up the truck from Davie the mileage/gas was added. I did the app reservation with a hold on my card just so that I as per your company advice. The rep called me to confirm my reservation and the location in which I had chosen. Then I get to my reservation location at 11:50a to be told that there are no one way truck available there so the manager called 3 locations and informed me that he found one and would be going to pick it up and call me once he returns to come and get the truck and car tow. I assumed this would by 2pm. I did not get a call until 4pm telling me to go get the truck and tow from Davie.

Jorge TI’ve rented from other corporate locations before and never like the lack of customer service. This location is owned by a gentleman (who unfortunately I can’t remember his name) gives you personal attention. I will only use this location in the future!!

Philip wI am writing to express my extreme disappointment and dissatisfaction with the service I received from U-Haul at the location on 6951 Stirling Rd in Davie, FL 33314. I recently had an unfortunate experience that has left me with a negative impression of your company. First and foremost, the customer service at this particular location was abysmal. The staff members I encountered were unhelpful, unfriendly, and seemed disinterested in providing any assistance. Their lack of professionalism and dismissive attitude was evident from the moment I walked through the door. I had hoped for a smooth and pleasant rental experience, but instead, I was met with indifference and frustration.
