The truck to not smell like weed

Jaime CI never could get through with a live person. I had spoken to someone who left me on hold for over 40 minutes and than i still could not get thru properly. Than I got the run around two times. Finally my third time and over one hour wait time I got a decent person to speak to. When I dropped off the truck no one was available and there wasnt a proper drop box. I also did not get a receipt until over day later.

Jesse JThe truck was returned early, we had added more gas, no one was there so we dropped the truck and put the keys in the drop box. I was charged an extra 58.00, not the 20.00 that was listed in the documentation. All in all the trip was ok, the people that loaded and unloaded the truck were awesome, but there were glitches that need work.

George HThe lady that works the front desk is very rude. She had an attitude when I returned the vehicle for no reason but then when I addressed her on how rude she was being she walked off. She then returned and stated that she did not have an attitude but in the same sentence stated that she was acting that way because she wasnt feeling good. I stated to her that doesn’t give you a reason to be rude to your customers when they have not done anything to you to deserve it. She then charged me for insurance coverage after I specifically told her that I did not want the coverage. And instead of correcting the mistake she told me that I should have said something before I left the building. She then returned my money in cash but charged my card again after she gave me my receipt. This place is a joke. I will would never recommend this location to anyone…

Dwayne WThis was the third location I was sent to. I reserved a truck to be picked up in Grayson Ga on 5/7/22. I was told they rented my truck and was sent 31 minutes away from my house. When we got there in Lithonia, no one was there. We finally got to the above address to pick up a truck, almost 2 hrs later. I would not recommend U-Haul to anyone. Got to my new home, started truck in the morning only to find a check engine light on.

Nana APick up location changed from my original requested location. This one being 30 miles away from the location I requested pick up. I also had 3 Dollie’s and a dz blankets on my reservation. They were not in the truck when I picked it up. I called uhaul and received a call back 40 mins later. I was told I could go back in the morning to pick them up. I asked that they be added to my other order that was to be picked up in the morning 25 miles the other direction. The charges remained on this reservation. I had to call 2 times to have them removed. I was told it will take 3-5 days to see the credit.
Caitlin MWhen I received the car, I checked the car fueling scale on a scale and filled it in when returning the car. However, they told me to fill in the middle scale more. I did not know the phone number of the place I picked up, so I refilled the oil. I filled it up by $32 more. It's really disappointing.
Jinwoo LWhen it was time to return the truck, the return app would not allow me to submit my location. That prevented me from closing out the account automatically, so I was charged an additional $20 fee for U-Haul logging me out..
