Danielle GThe only issue was the wiring didn’t connect. I point no fingers, but maybe all locations should have someone there that can correct that feature. Getting it out and back was easy. The woman who set it up was awesome and did what she could!!! I was literally greeted by an employee who showed me where to park, unhitched me and it was done in less than 5 minutes - email received. Great place. Thank you!!! 👍🏼

There was a mixup between my reservation confirmation and what he had in the system but he made on the spot arrangements that got me on my way with a very easy-going and calming manner. He took a lot of potential stress out of my day. The vehicle was labeled clearly and easy to drive. I especially appreciated the best mileage per gallon gauge. Thanks.

kevin oI use U-Haul frequently for business and this is my favorite location. It is in a busy grocery store but they always quickly serve me coming to pick up and drop off is easy. Vehicles are always ready and clean. They have the rentals I need.

edith bFirst, I'd like to clarify that the Uhaul staff at this location was very kind. We had a problem with the key to our car, and it broke when I tried to open the door, even when I didn't force it. I had to park the Uhaul at night. On the phone, you told me I was responsible for what happened to the car at night, even when it wasn't my fault that I couldn't return the car the same day, and you also didn't give me the option to deliver the vehicle to a different location.
Diego HThe staff was fantastic. The van we wanted was unavailable when we arrived, we waited for it to be returned and had just decided to take the larger truck that had been offered to us. We had finished checking the truck in and suddenly the van was returned. Staff handled the situation perfectly, changed out truck for the van, extended our reservation due to the delay, and had it cleaned and ready to go in just a few minutes. Drop off was super simple. If we need to rent a vehicle again I will definitely use this location.

I did not learn of this until I arrived at the business renting the vehicle to me, so then had to drive to another location for a rental. I’m not sure why I was able to book a rental for a location that did not have a vehicle to rent. My moving process was delayed because of this.
