No one was at the store when I arrived at my pick up time, and no one answered the phone. I had to call the regional corporate office to get the owner to show up, and even then, she just called and said she had left a key for me in a truck. There was a lock on the back of that truck, so I had to get her to come in. She gave me the keys to a truck that had not been checked in yet and drove off almost immediately. I had to call corporate Uhaul back to make sure they had the correct information for which truck I had. I was just glad to get any truck at that point, but I would avoid going back.Sarah A.

Vehicle was dirty and not properly maintained. Massive air leak around the driver door which made it intolerable at highway speeds. Also, there is a loose battery connection and I was stranded 3 times with no Battery Power and a truck that would not start. After pulling on the batter cables I was able to create a connection and restart. Return location was not attended at 2:30PM and so I could not provide feedback on truck problemsDavid N.

Problem Solvers LLC was unresponsive to messages and NEVER answered the phone. U-box arrived late because she was unresponsive to U-Haul transportation department. Read the reviews people have put online about this location, this is no way to run a business and is giving U-Haul a very bad reputation. You are as good as the people representing you!Sandi O.
First of all I was over charged and she added rental insurance charges on to my bill I didn't ask for. Then lied and said she took it off. Never again.Ronald M.
Picking up the truck was very easy. I wanted to pay cash and was told credit card only, ok, fine, used a card. Had the truck for approximately 8 hours. Days later I find charges on my bank acct for over $600. Calling them was useless. No answer and the mailbox is full. Called Uhaul and had this problem resolved. This should be looked into as several reservations were made and charged to my credit card. Fortunately, I was able to have a third reservation cancelled before a truck was picked up and my credit card taken off of being saved. This is why I pay cash for everything.KARL D.

The employee who helped me was very nice and very patient. I can't fault him for the horribly SLOW experiences I have had the last 2 times I've rented UHaul. The location where I was supposed to pick my truck/AT up could not open on the date in question, so you routed me to a different location. Trucks weren't checked in, they didn't actually have an auto transport that I could get. It was nearly 11:00 am before I left the UHaul site, when my original pick-up time was 9:00 am. I know this guy got me thrown on him last minute, but the whole experience was a mess. He was turning people away left and right because no UHaul locations nearby had what people needed -- all because 1 location was closed for the day. It was excruciating.Denise F.

We found a hole in the roof of the cargo trailer when we got home. My husband had to caulk it so that rainwater would not be able to get in. Tires were good. Trailer was fine otherwise. The person in charge was efficient and took care of us with good speed.STEVEN B.

I did the online 24/7 and my rental was not ready, I was charged twice after casting multiple uhaul people to get in touch with the manager. I was not satisfied. I am still waiting on my refund, while I was charged for insurance I declined. I am not satisfied with my experience with uhaul. Please contact me and I will go into more detail. I can't even get a reply on getting a refund.Josh T.
Office was like a bunk house with a bed and puppies running around. Had to find my tow dolly myself. One tail light was missing. Returned dolly before advertised close time, but nobody was there. The office was closed at 3pm, so did everything over the phone, no problem, told nit to take the 2 on the left, so I took one in the right, got it Hine that evening and it was full if hunk, had to return it and get another one, should if been given 1 day credit, but nope got charged for the day i lost swapping it outJffrey O.
I have already called and talked to customer service at Uhaul . my one concern was that we received and email stating our Ubox arrived on 3/3/21 when infact it didn't get there until about an hour before it was to be picked up by our contracted help via movinghelp.com. I tried calling many times and left at least 2-3 messages and the other times it said the mailbox was full so I couldn't leave a message and I never received return phone calls The lady at Problem solvers had called my daughter and told her she just unloaded it off the truck . I Iwonder what would have happened if we needed to get into the Ubox like we were told we could on 3/9/21 or if the help arrived and our box wasn't there. We have already had major issues with the contracted help so this would not have gone over very well. I must say that everyone I spoke with at Uhaul and the Problem solvers(when I finally got ahold of them) over the course of the past 2 weeks were VERY pleasant and helpful and I will continue to use Uhaul for all my moving needsTiffany C.

I rented a dolly along with my trailer. After finally finding a person on the premises to pick up my trailer, I was informed they had none but I could go to any other in town and get one. Called two other locations in Beaufort, neither had one. Called a couple days later to let them know I was never able to obtain a dolly and it needed it off my order. The lady stated they were on the road and would call me back ASAP, never heard back. Tried to return the dolly the next day to be told they could not process my return because I did not have a dolly. Called 6 times before I finally got ahold of someone to resolve the problem. They then called the return site to clear it upKaydee F.
I ordered a trailer from Hilton head island. My confirmation ultimately changed to inform me that this equipment couldn't be guaranteed at the location and a representative would call me although the reservation was guaranteed. No one called me so I assumed the scheduled reservation was confirmed. I arrived at the first location to be told that they do not have trailers. The person at the counter called â€œtrafficâ€ who then miraculously sent me a text saying I had a confirmed pick up in 30 minutes in Parris Island 31 miles away. The result meant I had to drive an additional 60+ miles out of my way to pick up the equipment, delaying planned pickup and travel back to my destination which in turn led to me needing to take time out of my work day the following day to return the equipment. All in all this experience was pathetic. I'd like to request a full refund to cover additional unexpected mileage and time that I needed to take in order to meet the contract I signed. In my opinion Uhaul failed miserably at meeting the expectations in this contract and as a result should return my payment. (I'd like to note that the individuals at all 3 locations were courteous and professional and that this review reflects my experience with the contract and not them)Stephen F.

This is the second time we have used this location. The first time we showed up and the equipment was filled with mulch and had to go to another location and then this time The truck was filthy! The window was also left down and it rained the night before we picked up so the inside of the cab was so wet ! And not to mention the location was closed â€œdue to system issuesâ€ so there was no one to talk to VERY UNHAPPY WILL NEVER GO AGAIN DO NOT RECOMMENDVictoria J.

Location is behind a building and through a mulch yard. This was a night drop off and it was dark, I didn;t even think the fenced area was sa place for me to go at first so i had to turn around and drove around looking for the correct location...you cannot see ANYTHING Uhaul from the road other than a sign.
