Marcy SaenaWhen I turned the truck back in, the employee verified the key with the truck number and said that was it. He didn't verify anything else about the physical truck. I took a picture of the info on the dash (mileage and gas level) since I returned it with the same amount of gas as when I received it. A little bit more actually. However, I was charged 2 fuel fees totally over $51! I immediately called customer service. I was asked to email the picture I took, proving the level was the same. I was then issued a refund. Be very careful when returning the truck. Take a picture of the gas level and make sure the employee physically checks the truck. I wonder how many customers have been charged fuel fees and they didn't even know it.
MANYA WESTERVELTYou guys screwed me sooooo badly. You rented me a truck with bold tires and wires showing. The truck was dirty. The catalytic converter was detached from the truck so I went deaf driving 1,300 miles not to mention I had to pay double the gas as it was not hocked up. I never got my $50 for my guaranteed pick up as it was changed. I had to wait 2 hours to get my truck cus the place had no internet. They never inspected the truck horrible!!! I have pictures!!!

It says right on the contract that late drop off is $20. Also, I thought when you rented you got it for the whole day.

Leonora WilkinsWe were not notified that there was a change in our truck size until we arrived. Also there were no dolly’s available and we also we not notified until we arrived. Not very happy with our experience because we had to take more trips and spend more milage with a smaller truck.
BRITTANY JESEWITZOnly thing I can think of is giving a heads up somewhere in the booking process that the mobile pickup can take 10-30 minutes! I understand every step is needed, so not suggesting a change there. Just a heads up to create a cushion of time for that process.
Beni GiffordThe equipment was dirty, dirty windshield bugs all over the front Like it hadn’t been washed and then when I got my bill there were all kinds of hidden charges a safe move fee, a safe trip fee, an environmental fee so the bill just kept going up and up and up I am very unhappy. Why would I get charged all these fees when I did have a safe trip and a safe move kind of screwy if you ask me and they have your credit card so you get charged for it anyway even though you weren’t told about it.
