Truck had as n engine light on and tire pressure indicator. Requested a furniture dolly, was not in the truck. Mobile process was long for having to be at the location to do it.

Autumn NDon’t allow your employees to lie to customers. We were told we were being “given” and extra day because that’s “what he likes to do for his customers”. He didn’t tell us that he was still charging us. And didn’t find out until we returned it in another state. Very dishonest
TANDY AGave me the wrong tow dolly and overcharged me. I need to rent another truck this week but I won’t be using uhaul this time unless they make things right.

Robby RI had major issues with dispatch! This locations was awesome and Chad did all he could to fix dispatch’s mistakes but at the end of the day I will never use uhaul again. They sent me on a wild goose chase to 3 different locations saying they had what I needed just to find out 2 of those locations only had half what I needed. The third location (Layton) dispatched gave me a trailer wayyyy too small to haul the vehicle I was taking. They gave me a utility trailer to haul a vehicle?! Make that make sense. All this made my long drive ten times worse.

Benjamin FYour app vs. the instruction video on how to self check out didn't match up at all. It took me almost an hour past my pick up time, and a long phone call with customer service (which I was disconnected from before I got resolution), to figure out how to use the app to get the truck. Once I got the key code, I found the lock on the lock-box corroded and it took me a while to get it to unlock so I could get my keys. Overall, I was dissatisfied with the process, and will not self-check out in the future.

DANNY TGreat customer service! This was my first time ever renting a U-Haul and pulling a trailer. They put my mind at ease, helped me hooked the trailer to my car, and sent me on my way. They gave me extra time, because of the winter storm that came in, to have it back to them and they also helped me unhook it from my car. I will definitely go back to them again.
