The truck was filthy on the inside - both the truck end and the cabin. Tried to sweep what we could out of the back but still ruined some of my furniture through the padding we used. There was dirt in the windows, on the dash, and steering wheel. Also garbage/junk in the cup holders.

Scott ForsterI would add look in the back storage compartment as art of the before check out section. The walls in the truck we rented was smeared with something brown and was disgusting. This is something I will definitely review in depth next time before checking out.

Carmen CheeksI took back truck and told them it was overheating and it was not shifting right. I said I tried to call roadside assistance but most of called wrong number. The worker acted like it was no big deal or that I was lying. I have rented these trucks many times and never had a issue until now. I didn't even finish using it for what I needed it for. I don't appreciate them treating me like I'm a liar or something

The web site seemed confusing and somehow the pickup and drop off locations were reversed and took an extra phone call to fix. The pick up location was changed, but no problems with that because it actually worked out better with my travel plans.

Dale BowlesI picked this van up in Belleville mi Pro Hardware. One of their employees walk me out to vehicle showed me how to use everything, check gas and mileage. I reset the trip gage I drove 31 miles averaged 16 miles per gallon. I had to put $25.00 worth of gas into the van to get the fuel gage back to 3/8. I should have only needed $20 worth according to distance and MPG. Not sure if there is a problem with the fuel gage.

Chadi McheikThe uhaul process checkin and car pickup was very frustrating. Alternative contacts to your alternate contacts with a picture of a billion things. Less than pleasant and when I spoke to the store employee, it seems everyone is tiresome of the process.
