Clean the interior as there was a used qtip with wax and trash under the crevices of the seat. The owner seemed passive aggressive when I asked question and was trying to rush me out. He appeared to have looked annoyed.Destiny H.

Very impersonal, all about u-haul not about the customer's needs. I promised myself the time before this rental, I would never rent from u-haul again and I confirmed what I learned last time. Very, very poor service and customer friendly. Never again.Dean C.
On line pick up and return way too many steps and confusion. Took an hour to finally get the keys. Ridiculous. Truck did not come with a full tank of gas. Have to guess at how much to put back in.Robert S.
I made a reservation for a truck using a location near my home with a 4 day lead time. Late in the afternoon the day before the reservation, a representative called me and changed the location to a site farther from my home. The next day I arrived at the new location and was unable to retrieve the truck. This was a Sunday at 7 am when none of the locations were open, but used the contactless method of picking up and dropping the rental. Apparently due to the late change of location, the key to my rental truck was not available until 11 am when the center opened. After almost an hour on the phone with a representative from U haul, a truck was found for me 12 miles from my original location. The point of an early rental was to beat the heat; it was 80 degrees at 7:30 am. Already I was much delayed. The truck was dirty and the left front tire needed air. The security combination lock to retrieve the key was very difficult to use and took 20 minutes to unlock. I requested but I was unable to drop the rental at my original location and would be charged $275 if I did so per customer service. This would have been very helpful to me. I had to pay the extra mileage and gas due to the changes to my reservation. Overall this was the most miserable experience I have ever had with this type of service company. I would highly recommend using a higher quality company to your moving needs. Customer service is nonexistent. The only quality person was the callcenter guy that found us a truck, even then, his computer system was so slow, it took the better part of a hour. After this experience, I will never use U Haul again.They ride on their name and fail in every other way.Joseph M R.
