jonathan cHe was rude. Made me feel like a big bother. I tried to talk to the gentleman because had a tow trailer and was unsure of where to drop off. Instead of listening he got rude and upset. Sent me away saying he would take care of it. I hope I never have to use Idaho U-Haul again. By the way I have spent 2500$ using U-Haul to sent my son to Mississippi and me to Idaho. Ifaho U-Haul are rude unprofessional.

VERA MI usually have a great experience with uhaul. However this time things were a mess and disorganized. They changed my pick up location not once, but 3 times. Anf thwy sid it the day before i was due to pick up. From there texting managed to set up a not needed second reservation.
Amiee KThe UHAUL app is not intuitive. Clearer instructions should be provided re: how to access vehicle keys. The vehicle also had no fuel when I picked it up; after starting the engine the low fuel light came on and I needed to purchase fuel before even using the vehicle. At a minimum, the standad expectation for renting any vehicle should be, it has enough fuel for use.

Mick SThis was really no ones fault but my reservation got changed several times and unfortunately my blankets got dropped off the next reservation. It was hard for me to keep track of all the changes and reservations. Move went well and we dropped off the equipment early. The people I worked with in Meridian were all great and very help. Margaret HThe tow dolly I rented broke 4 time with electrical issues, I had to get an early hotel twice because of it. I eventually turned in the equipment before getting to my destination because I was tired of dealing with breakdowns. I would recommend that when one tail light goes bad they should both be changed out at the same time. As a professional mechanic for years, I know one can't forecast when LEDs will go bad. I also know that when one set of LEDs go bad, the other sets are soon to follow. I feel like I was over charged for the equipment I rented due to the constant breakdowns and time delays they caused.

Richard TThe what I assume 1 owner business in Meridian will not get me as a customer again. An assumption was made by him over the phone that I was a customer of the Salon vs. Uhaul so I questioned the name when answering which I could barely hear him as it was. Next there was no can I help you or apologies that indeed it was Uhaul too.. Next I asked if indeed there was a car dolly waiting for me & if I could quickly get through the check out as I had an appointment. He was condescending to my hurry saying I was late vs. asking when would I be arriving.. Stuxk in Meridian reaffic headed across town s no other locations had a dolly like normal. Chinden my regular location. Then he assumed at checkout I apparently have a backup ..as he was condescending about me going to hit the tongue..yet he gave no assistance in guiding or hand signala or how he would like me to approach or stop etc until it was too late. This guy I am sure owns this business & low valued customers should just buzz off & return the dolly to Chinden not there.. This Californian I assume who lives in Meridian & so self absorbed than to deal with a dolly user should just .. Well you get the point. I explained my issues to him in fact when getting there..yet I called ahead accordingly.. By the way I used to live over there, Meridian, way before all the ridiculousness in Meridian now & the self absorbed is prevailing & the customer is wrong the minute you ask for something or clarify or anything. This guy is proud to be in business & yet doesn't know his business having worked for a fortune 200 company & sales & service & solutions teams & topping top 3% in sales 3 of 5 yrs. I would think I know a thing or two about turning a problem into a sale or good experience enough to plant a seed for future repeat customers. I will not be back. He doesn't care. That's a serious problem! He lacks the morale character & fortitude to do what's right.
Lawrence Hthe tire strap on the car hauler was cut off and too short to connect to the ratchet. Check those for damage before renting to a customer.

Donna BI returned the truck with exactly the amount of gas the had when picked up. I was charged for 4 gallons of gas. I will be dispiluting this charge as it is erroneous.
Kathleen L$25 cleaning fee is complete bullshit. I did not make a mess at all. It was not touched from the past person that dropped the truck off and the guy told me that. And we left no mess. That's just plain dishonest.

Sebastian SIt took forever to get access to our truck, there was a massive truck blocking the exit, the parking lot was full so you had no where to park, they did not have our equipment that we paid for, and overall was not an enjoyable experience.
Trevor WSmooth transaction, no negative feedback whatsoever. Love the fact that I can rent a pick-up truck for a day, no hassles, no credit checks and no major credit cards required. Thanks for being innovative. Will likely be doing this again soon. Maybe with some extra U-Haul hired help next time!
Shannon PI arrived after hours, so I was glad that I had opted to check in through the app, which was very convenient and quick. The only complaint is that there were several trucks already parked there, and it wasn't very orderly, so I wasn't sure where to park, but that may just be the fault of other customers who had dropped off trucks before me.

Ben FThe online reservation only had the mobil pick up option even though i picked it up at my reservation time during business hours and someone was there. The parking spaces for uhauls were awkwardly placed and it was difficult getting to the location without going through a few parking lots or going around the block to enter from the street.

Richard Vwhen I called to make & find a pickup... and signed up for a pickup to use.... I was told the price, gas mileage & had to fill the gas tank again ,,, then I asked it that all the charges it would be... Yes it is... when we got the pickup I was charged another fee... insurance.... if the man would have told me, we have full auto insurance and that rental pickup would have been coved under our insurance.... but was charged for it........Not good in my book. want a refund for that extra charge that I was Not told about.
