Service person was agreeable, but the truck windshield was very soiled when I drove out and I had a short window of time to get the move done, so I had to drive it over 200 miles round trip with a dirty windshield. When I tried to use the windshield cleaner, the fluid sprayed on the hood, then stopped. It seemed to be out of fluid. In his defense, I did not reserve the vehicle and picked it up upon arrival.

Upset with fuel gauge. We went to put fuel to 3 quarter tank, I turned the key it went between half to 3 quarter then I turned the key to start the truck and it still showed before 3 quarter tank. I did this while my husband pumped the fuel. Then he told me the gas turned off that it was full and the gauge still did not show 3 quarter. My husband drove across the street then the gauge went to full. So it did not register until the vehicle moved. Upset I gave you a full tank because of the gauge not working correctly. That is a lot of money I spent. Then you want a review at 6:30pm at a drop off when you are tired and hungry. ..

Reservation was for a location near home. On arrival, I was told no record and no trailer. Called in and was told trailer was available 10 miles away, I had no contact prior to pickup time to change location. While going to new location, got a call asking why we hadn't picked up trailer. Moving blankets not available where we got trailer, so had to go back to 1st location for them. All told, it took 3 hours to get ready to go. Local staff were all very helpful but the UPS system fell flat with communication and organization was lamentable.
