The place seemed a little sketchy. He did help un hook the trailer but I asked for a receipt so I knew I was done, he said no you just drop it off. I felt uneasy about that. Online help and phone call was no help. She said she would close it out but didn't. I Did my own research and learned how to do it myself with my phone. Drove back 30 min and did the check-in myself. Not at all happy with the service at either end. Why do you have to take it to a specific place? After we took it to a car wash to make sure it was clean we went to a uhaul store across the street and they said there would be huge fees it dropped at the wrong location so we drove 30 minutes to this dump of a place, and then did it again the next day to make sure it got closed out. Did I mention that I was not happy? I have had nothing but problems every time I have done anything with uhaul. I hope I will never have to again.

I had my reservation set for 9:30am and when I arrived at that time the business was closed since they didn’t open till 10am. Very disappointed in the fact that i shouldn’t have been able to set the pickup time for a time when the business isn’t even open. Once I finally was able to get the equipment the person doing the contract wasn’t even there and I had to finish everything over the phone with him. The company lot was unkempt and very unprofessional looking. Very dissatisfied with everything and embarrassed for U-Haul using this facility

When I turned in the vehicle, they did not wanna inspect it or anything else... When I told them that I forgot my wallet in the other car and could not put the gas in it, they said no. Problem happens all the time And with the picture I took of the gas cage. There was less than 3/8 gas required when I picked up. and then without my knowledge. Or a phone call, they ran my card for an extra $33 for not even $10 worth of gas The customer service person at that location fraudulent act by Running my card without permission..... I don't recommend uhaul to anybody....

Harder to find and not well marked as an UHaul dealer and there is an actual well marked U Haul place just a couple miles down the street. I personally would have rather chosen a place that is a more dedicated UHaul business instead of a primary business with UHaul as their side job

I called to ask if a Two Dolly was available earlier than 5pm and they checked and unfortunately no. An hour late I get a call back saying that one became available. Thank you so much to the customer service rep that called back. I was able to get everything done in one day. As for the pick up location, guy was on the phone to busy to help make sure I could maneuver out with out hitting anything. Finally he moved a trailer out of the way and went back to talking on the phone. I had no assurance that I was in the clear. Trailer condition was in okay condition, the tie down straps are frayed and need attention and the right rear LED light hand very few LEDs on.

The U-Haul itself was good I was very happy with it. But as I was renting the U-Haul I noticed that the trailer light connection was super short and did not have an extension. I told the gentleman about it and he said that I have to go out and buy one. I replied by saying no I don't think so and I looked around and there was another trailer with the same thing except it had an extension so I grabbed the extension off of that one and placed it in to the other one and it worked perfectly. Customer should not have to figure out how to make the equipment work and they should not be told to buy extra stuff in order to have the equipment work. And prior to this while making the reservation the person that helped me with the reservation could not tell me a good location to drop the trailer off at. The U-Haul representative told me that she will just put one on the list and that I could leave it at any other location. Not true that's not how it works from what I understand I went to another location and they told me that if I did that that they would charge me an extra $300 for dropping it off at their store. But at the same time that young man actually told me what I could do and explained it on how I could go to the closed location where it was scheduled for drop off and do everything by phone and leave the unit there which we did and it worked perfect. So I think that young man that helped us. But the first rap that gave me the information about dropping it off anywhere was wrong and lazy and was looking for a way to just get off the phone not properly doing her job. As customers and clients we expect to be helped to the utmost professionalism and respect. As your customer and plan I should not have to help you figure out how to do your job nor should I be told to buy connectors for the equipment that was not properly ready for rental due to no extension being hooked up to it. Luckily I've been around long enough to figure it out and shame on that gentleman that told me to go out and buy an extension. I believe in you whole U-Haul is a great company and I believe that there's bad apples in every bunch and sometimes these bad apples have to be cut off the tree and tossed to the side in order to have the tree grow strong yielding much fruit in order for the company to grow. I will always continue to rent from U-Haul but I hope that I don't have to go through this kind of stress again. Sincerely yours JT! And just one more thing before I forget the representative put me holding on to the trailer for almost a week what in the world was she thinking I definitely never said that to her.

Place was not open at 11:30 am. I unhooked it myself, pushed it over to two other trailers and left it there. talked to the owner of another business next door and he told me "Very seldom are they open"

Nothing against the guy who has the uhauls. My beef is with uhaul company. I filled up the gas to where I thought it was because all the guy said was have it close to half way. I did, now y’all are charging me 5.5 gallons of gas!! No one gave me a receipt saying where it’s supposed to be or anything.

No I will not recommend nobody to your movers help or the other location because your trucks are not smell like pee, and please do not use Key Movers they take your money and do not do the job they're supposed to do.
