Dwan WilliamsThe woman at the facility checked the gas when I got there and after I left called me and said it was just a little below full when it was on full when she originally checked it and charged me $9.50 extra but the sale tax was $7.84 I would mind paying it if I didn’t put gas back in the uhaul right before I took it back and I didn’t have to move far 21 mile’s total round trip I guess they can do what they want to do I’d rate them at a 0 out of 10

Paul LevyTo process my total balance due, as well as a copy of the paid statement. I still have not received any communication regarding the amount I owed. There were two employees working the desk and neither of them knew how to process payment due invoice for final. I was told I would be notified by email and never received this email.
susan deganCustomers should not have to pay 100 just to use a prepaid card especially when they have to wait at the most 5 days for the refund. If payment will process I see no reason for over charging especially when you all do not take cash.

rick chesnuttThé hand truck that I paid for was not in truck and I had to drive to another location that added mileage ate gas and got me off to a late start.
Robin FarberWe rented a uhaul truck and had an unpleasant situation arise. there was a padlock from a previous customer still on the truck. we did not realize this until we were already at our destination and were about to load up the truck. unfortunately, this was after hours and we could not get in touch with the right representative. we did not get use of the truck that day. I had to call out of work the next day and pay for a babysitter to bring the truck in while resolving the issue (the truck does not have a space for a car seat). Bianca was wonderful, as she helped us through this. she was very understanding and eager to make it right. Love her!!! she helped us figure out a solution we were happy with. The experience began poorly, but Bianca was able to turn things around. we will most definitely be returning customers (and check for padlocks next time). only suggestion I have is for the employees to evaluate the trucks a little better, so another customer doesn’t have to be inconvenienced by their error.
