The equipment had a damage on the left side when I went to pick up . The dealer was kind enough to cut the damaged part out and hand the truck to me . The only inconvenience was to wait until it's ready . The dealer went out of his way to help. Appreciate his helpSid R.

Rental was due back by 3:00 pm. Owner called he had someone trying to rent same size uhaul at 2:30pm. I called him back at 2:35 and asked if he wanted me to bring to Postal Parking lot as another customer wanted it and he told me to drop it off at muddy storage lot where I picked it up. Owner retaliated and charged extra because he wanted me to return early to rent it out again but customer left I dropped uhaul off at 2:45pm he told me to drop keys in drop box and charged me that i dropped it off after hours and added cleaning fee when vehicle is stored in a muddy field. I wasn't provided the furniture dolly I paid for, only got 3 of the 6 furniture blankets I paid for. I reserved the pickup for 9 for a truckshare pickup but that wasn't available so didn't get my truck until 1015. Very dissatisfied and will not return.Robert B.
Overall good experience. A few repetitive steps on the collection of information. (Information provided in-line was also collected at the pickup location). Also I was led to believe I would be picking up without having to go into the store which was not the case.Don R.
Took a while to get the uhaul. Learned I had to walk half a mile down the road to actually get to the truck after receiving keys. After driving it back to pack it, I realized I wasn't given a key for the padlock on the back, delaying my move by about an hour or so, kind of annoying. Returning the truck was also a bit confusing. I wasn't sure if I should return it to the location I drove it off from, or from the location I got the keys at. I ended up dropping it off where I got the keys from, but when I dropped it off the shop was closed. So I had to figure out where the keys were supposed to go. I decided to take them to where I got the truck from. Thankfully I found a drop box there that said uhaul on it. I wish all of this information was given to me when I picked it up so I was more confident with the process of returning the uhaul. Overall the renting experience was time consuming and confusing in areas it shouldn't have been.Andrew C.

Rental units are off site, this should be noted prior to location selection. The furniture pads and hand truck were not in the truck. The mnager brought them 15 minutes after I notified them that they were missing. He only had five pads and brought an appliance hand truck! I was charged for both. I left with my rental at 11:00ish AM due to their unfamiliarity with the new process. I turned my truck in the next day at 11:30 and was charged for a full 2nd day!Rick C.

When reservation made it was not discussed that the location was a retail postal service and it was not marked clearly so difficult to find. I followed the directions of facility but I was still charged late charges and other fees, having to deal directly with UHaul and it took 4 or so emails to get it close to resolution. It still has not been resolved but hoping the hold document that I had to fill out today will get it done. I will not rent from UHaul again.Dawn G.
truck wasn't ready for designated pickup time then we had to drive down the street to get it from an off-site storage lot then got home and the truck back door was padlocked so had to drive back to the store to get the lock key. I was overcharged when I returned on the weekend, when they were not open and they waited until monday afternoon to check the truck in when it was dropped off sunday morning and charged me 4 days instead of 2 and charged an after-hours $20 fee when they checked it in on a monday. charged $40 for 4 days of a dolly when they gave me the wrong one- i needed appliance dolly not the regular one.Aaron W.
I was charged twice for my rental. One was a $45.00 charge and the other was a $200 charge. I went to the location to get my money back and was told by the employee he will tell the manager. It didn't sound promising because he didn't even look at my paperwork. I will keep going back until I'm refunded the $200. I don't recommend renting from this location. The truck is not located at the location . It's located down the street in a storage facility that looks like a junk yard . The gate is broken and it's full of dirt and you are parking your car in a junk yard .Jennifer M.

My pickup time was 1:00 pm. I got there 15 min before that. I was told that there is no milage captured from the previous rental person and asked to bring the truck from the parking lot (about a half mile away) to the store along with the picture of the odometer. It took about 30 min for me to sign the rental and leave the place. The rental truck was so poorly maintained and dirty inside. This rental experience by far is the worst. I would recommend my friends and family to avoid this place.Jung K.

When I picked up my uhaul I waited for 30 minutes to be helped, once I finally got my keys I was told I had to drive and go pick it up? I had already been dropped off and now I have to get picked back up to be taken to the storage area. Getting there it's just a dirt field filled with junk. Upon returning my uhaul I was never told to take a picture of the gas and mileage so I had to drive all the way back to uhaul just to get that. The key drop off at the site was literally duct tapped closed. One of my worst uhaul experiences.Tanner E.

Signed up for mobile pickup, had to go to location, check in and drive to an offsite location further away. Dropping off keys is the same way. Not convenient, glad I didn't have an Uber drop me off because I would have had to walk a half mile to the location where the trucks are kept.Richard D.

This location in Frisco, TX overcharged my daughter on several items. She brought the truck back early, 6 hours instead of the 8 hours. She was charged an extra day. They charged her for insurance she did not want and she told them that at the counter. They also charged her for gas when she had filled it up to the level she left with when rented. Then my credit card was compromised after the transaction from U-Haul. I did report the nefarious activity to the Regional U-Haul customer service and got partial reimbursement from overcharge. DO NOT go to this location, find another U-Haul location to rent from!!Karley L.
The gentleman working at the location where very nice and the gentleman at drop off even stayed a few minutes after closing to get me checked out for the day. The only issue was the appliance dolly I requested was not available and I had to rent one from Home Depot last minute. This location has always been great to work with! The process has always been smooth and easy. They are very friendly as well.Tim P.
I picked it up with both a cracked front windshield and a major gash on the driverside door. Rear Right tire needs the TPMS replaced. Tire isn't flat, but it keeps complaining about it. Car was absolutely filthy when I picked it up. Debris in the back from a previous delivery, mud all over the cabin, and it smelled like sweat, mold, and mildew. Contract and other papers were in the interior from someone else's previous rental when I picked it up, and so was a furniture dolly from a previous rental. Roof had all but one roof-damage indicator when I picked it up. Last but not least, it looked like someone angry had kicked the crap out of the emergency brake release lever. All-in-all, one of the worst condition uhaul trucks I've ever experienced. Also, the brakes are beginning to sqweak; they'll need to be replaced soon. I don't think it's fair that I had to pay a cleaning fee when it was absolutely disgusting when I rented it.Joseph D.

Checking in online ahead of time did not seem to save any time. The person still asked me all the same questions and entered the same information again. Also, had to drive to their "remote location" to get the truck (which took extra time). The woman working the store was patient and friendly. I never received an email confirmation after I completed returning the truck online. So I can't confirm it's closed out.Eric Z.
To make the reservation they answered the phone and asked me to wait. I waited on the phone for more than 10 minutes and had to drop the call because they never picked up the phone again. my wife had to stop by. As soon as I left I realized that Check engine light stayed onLUIS P.

When I arrived our rental was not on siteâ€¦the owner was 25 mins late with the keys and then we had to drive to a different location from here to actually pick up the vehicle and 1 dolly. They also didn't have the dollies I requested in my reservation available. The drop off process was also confusing as they told me to drop it back off at the off site location I picked it up at but all the communications I received from UHaul said to return it to their storefront.ALYSSA B.

The cell reception from pick up area is horrible, took extremely long time had to walk to neighborhood for it to work. Tried on both t-mobile and att. Also first time tried to pick up got error message about hand pick up and had to call and wait 45 mins for assistance. I'm sure the inside is great but did not experience but pick up was very challenging. Also some mask and papers were left in the cab from m previous rentersKristen W.
Next time don't have my pick up location at a separate place, next time make sure to call a day ahead telling me that you guys have them station at a separate shop where the keys aren't even at the same place where the truck is going to be also. The truck was not checked in when I got there. That had to be completed before I could check it out. I reserved a furniture dolly but only an appliance dolly was available. The truck cab was dirty. The rubber trim inside the driver door fell off when I opened the door. The back of the truck had lots of broken glass in it. The process of checking out the truck took 45 minutes!!! The odometer reading was not accurate. I took a picture before I left uhaul but the last character of the mileage was not captured. Showed that to the Uhaul rep but still chareged me for driving over 80 miles which wasn't the case even after showing the picture of the odometer reading before departure.VALENTINE A.

We contacted U-haul customer service THREE times to find out where the key drop was at this location. We used the app to drop off the truck after hours but there was no key drop box on the store front. It took 50 minutes to get an answer. The drop box was behind the store which was in a strip mall behind a dumpster in a very dark area. Not safe at all! And no where does the store leave instructions on where to go. The vehicle was parked at a different location than what the app said. I had to drive to a muddy field were the U-Haul was parked.
