Christopher TOverall I was satisfied with my unit. The only thing I think could’ve been better was that I did get a little bit of water damage on some boxes stored in the back of my unit and the pest control could be a little better. There were alot of webbing and a few spiders and insects in my unit. I could tell they use a service as most of the pests were dead but they may need to update the frequency of applications.

Baqash WHours of operation need to be updated with higher ups. I was given a 10 am pickup time for a Friday rental. The site opened at 11 am. Not much of a delay. Our move went well. For future needs we will return. Thank you.

Sandra Wthe lock on the back of truck was a bit rusty and difficult to open using the word code for it. (24/7 option) Use different locks. It made me late 30 mins in the rain and still had to have the truck back by 10:30. and the truck only had 1/4 fuel...that also takes away from time..to stop and have to put gas in it twice AND STILL GET CHARGED A $30 FUEL FEE. IT WAS AN EXTREME INCONVENIENCE.

Richard MClean the outside of the trucks you rent out. Do not rent out trucks with a 'shimmy' steering that are dangerous to drive. Mechanical problem with LOOSE steering that had way too much play.

Chester AI could not get the truck on the mobile check in because there was a lock on the storage area of the truck and once opened up my equipment was not inside. This caused me to be late to meet my movers.
Bobbie SThe manager didn’t want to take the trailer, stated he wasn’t supposed to be a drop off place, but he did take it for us. The location was off by 3/4 of a mile and we found it by accident. I was appreciated that he received the trailer.
john JThis location was farther by 8 miles from where I requested to have my truck pick up location so that was more trouble and I had given a 10 day lead so I could pick up at a particular location and didn't find out it had changed until about 10 hours before my pick up time and then I had to adjust my schedule and helpers by almost 40 minutes.
