This was a very unorganized experience. We were never given a contract to sign. They just did not seem to know what was going on and they were not very friendly either. We picked up the truck at 7:00 pm and at 8:30 pm I got a call from UHaul asking why we had not picked up our truck. I explained that we had. Then the next morning during our move UHaul called again asking why we had not picked up the truck. I told them we had it and they proceeded to ask me many questions and asked about our contract saying the contract needed to be done. I said the contract should have been done while I was at their office the previous day NOT during our move. No one seemed to have a clue what was going on. Then to add to the already bad experience I was overcharged. I will NEVER use UHaul again.

U-Haul provided a bad address for the location, locations computer connection was down and had to do via telephone, did not give us the moving [ads we requested, took 45 minutes to start the truck as we had to go through a sync process that takes 30+ minutes to do. Even employees at U-Haul could not believe we had to go through the process.

I want a refund for $78.70. I was quoted $300.00 plus $25.00 for total of $325 and was charged $403.70. This is an error obviously. I should have been given a credit for the delay in getting my truck which held me up with movers and caused severe problems. I will be contacting my attorney regarding this over charging.
