Convenient and most importantly quick! Anytime you’re moving, time is of the essence. To get in and out quickly just makes for a better day. Definitely consider these guys a great resource for the future.

This location is basically a grass lot without concrete entry/exit drive. Poor entry/exit. Had to maneuver the trailer 3 different times to drop the trailer. No room to make a circle to back into parking. Attendant called day early to ascertain when I would arrive so someone would be there. Wanted to have me self drop without help. Seems to be a part time endeavor for this business.

Only problem I had was, I called to get a price and they said 61.00 so I went up to 4510 Keith Bridge Rd, Cumming, GA gave the guy at the counter all my info and he said it would be 78.00. I told him I had just called and got a price of 61 so I went back and called the 800 number and they said he didn't even have any that were one way so he sent me to this one and all went very well. The manager was very helpful and got me hooked up and I was very happy. Also I did try the online web site but it kept telling me my 1995 Ford F150 wouldn't pull the 2018 Kia Forte I was setting up so thats why I had to call the 800 number. Anyway I got what I needed and all is well.

Very safe and knowledgeable location and staff. Scott has a great team. They pulled the truck up and cooled off the cab. Scott went over safety info before we left out. Truly a friendly but professional business.

Left several messages hours before pickup and never got a return call. I arrived 10 minutes early to get Uhaul but no one was there and no one showed up till about 10:45. The man was courteous but unconcerned with the time delay.

Equipment was used on a one-way transfer from Georgia to Florida. The item size was 4 by 8 that was extremely old, some of the marker lights to not work properly. U-Haul should provide the device that converts the flat pin into a 7 pin round adapter for newer automobiles. It should not be an additional cost to the customer to add at U-Hauls equipment so that it would be utilized on newer automobile equipment. U-Haul has billions of dollars yes, and places the burden on the customer. This piece of equipment should be retired, the tires were worn, and had some dry rot on the side walls. Maximum speed drivable was 45 miles an hour because a fear of blowout. Delivery location in Gainesville Florida was an excellent location to drop this older piece of equipment off, the manager was told that it should be retired. Whether or not he will suggest it to the regional manager is questionable. I could very well see and unintelligent customer driving this piece of equipment too fast and the tires would fail that's causing a catastrophic accident. In essence it would be U-Hauls fault for not keeping its equipment up to par and utilizing equipment w Way beyond it's useful life. U-Haul Executives need to be used as undercover bosses across the United States to see what real customers are up against.

Called to see if they could pick up the trailer after my car broke down. Said he'd get back to me, never did...I had to have it towed there myself.

The customer service lady was very rude and would not listen. There was a mix up on the drop off location and she wanted to charge me extra for it.

Hard to reach by phone, always got voice message. Would be concerned if needed to contact in an emergency. But did not. Friendly contacts tho. Trailer's look like they had many miles on them, some need to be retired or refurbished. Was not sure how old the tires were so a bit of concern hauling long distance. Very concerned that not able to put a lock on the hitch for security esp. if leaving in parking overnight hitched to your car! Had to lock the chain which could be cut.

The agent was a satellite tv and surround sound shop with no knowledge of the Billing ? I told them the amount was wrong but they had no Idea how to change it ! I'm going to dispute charges because Nobody from customer services can invoice me properly or send me a correct invoice reflecting what I was supposed to be charged or show the refund taken off the improper charge ! Never rent from them again !!! I'll drive the rollback and spend the extra in fuel and not waste time with stereo and surround sound technicians that no nothing about U-Haul polices and paperwork !! NO THANKS

I called for 3 days and left messages and no one HAS CALLED BACK YET! Had to call Uhaul to make sure the return had been processed. Told the Uhaul agent the problems and she DIDNT seem to care. Will tell everyone I come across about how bad your customer service is.
