The location was fine when I made reservations they told me 9:30 I was there at 9:10 they didn’t open till 10:00 big inconvenience then when I got the truck it was on E double disappointment and it was a rainy day not that it’s your problem but to say the least of how the day went.

Location was clean but they didn’t have the truck ready for me and had not check it out to make sure everything was ready to go..The extra dolly and moving pads not in truck and truck had stores alarm on saying issue with tire moninter. I had to take truck to another location to have issue looked at and repaired.Time and Miles used up.

The girl at the office was not a knowledgeable U Haul representative. I asked her if she needed to check in my trailer and she said no which I thought was strange. So 2 days later I was still getting text msgs about returning the trailer. I cannot in good faith recommend that location for pick up or drop off. Will return any rentals to pick up location only so that there is no confusion from now on.

Posted sign says open at 930, arrived there at 940. Came back at 10am and lady couldnt properly greet us but yelled from afar if she could help me. I told her i dropped off truck earlier in morning (which she was standing next to) and needed receipt. She told me it would be half an hour due to having to check other trucks in first. I waited patiently, she walked by me without acknowledgement and ten minutes later returned with receipt stating i dropped off at 1035, which of course was inaccurate, but added day of use for truck. I will not be using uhaul again, nor will i suggest or refer. Service has obviously taken backseat to profit over the years and numerous times i have used uhaul rentals.

I was charged $64 for a rental of a 1p foot truck that was supposed to be 19.99 to rent. My husband filled the tank up before he turned it in. He drove it about 17 miles. I dont understand why I was charged so much.

The person that took my information was not helpful after telling me there was no dolly in the truck. I called a uhaul representative who asked me if she tried to call another uhaul retailer to find one. She had not. I believe her name is Diane. No care for customer satisfaction.

The lady said I didn’t put gas back when it when in fact I brought it back with more gas than it had in it when I got it... She then proceeded to argue with me saying I was lying and then hung up on me. When I called back she never answered the phone. The most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with.

I ordered a hand truck and they didn’t have any when I picked up the trailer. When I called other U-Haul locations to get the hand truck they told me the didn’t know how to add it to my existing contract. I never did get one.

When returning the truck, my mom noticed the front passenger headlight was out on the truck we used. It wasn’t a big deal for us since we used it during the day, but I’d someone uses it at night it would be a problem.

The kind lady at the front desk was very professional. She was quick to get us checked in and answered all our questions. She was very pleasant to do business with. It's hard to find businesses today who have employees who actually seem to care. The facility was clean and well maintained.

When a customer asks for the pricing ALL prices should be included. Tax & insurance was not included into my quote after I asked multiple times if that was the final price. I was then over charged.

Jessica at Prime Storage decided to not show up for work on Saturday as I am sure you are aware. Shane Hazelwood 773001 did show up to help us on our way after a 1hr wait. Was about to leave to go to another location to get a 20ft truck. Got lucky because a 20 tr rolled in at same time. Nothing against Shane he was helpful but no discount from him. Not sure way unless he can offer one. I would like a 25% refund for my wasted time and lost my help because of the lost time. MY suggestion IS the locations should have to check in with Uhaul to make sure they are on the job and ready to assist YOUR customers. In the end it makes Uhaul look bad and if you want more control I suggest you have a check in and check out for your independent locations. I think that suggestion alone deserves a discount.
