I was charged the Mileage in my invoice even though I returned the vehicle after re-fueling the vehicle back to its original gauge meter of 7/8th. Are those mileage charges are different than fuel charges? Kindly clarify and if not, request you to provide the credit back to my original payment mode.

Had issues with service location found per the app. So had to use my daughters phone to login and complete the process. I called the Uhaul hotline and was helped after being on hold for 20 mins. It all worked but was frustrating from a time perspective. Added 45 mins

I had called the location directly several days before th rentals as I wanted to see if I could make some changes. No response. I then called the U Haul number and spoke to someone who stated that I could indeed change the pick up time and drop it off after hours. Day of move as I picked up the rental I was told that van had to return by end of business which was just a few hours away. Was also told no new rentals were available and they could not even help me look as they had been instructed that no UHaul could take anymore reservation for the next few days. Had to completely change plans. Ridiculous experience. Completely dissatisfied. Thanks unacceptable .

I had a problem with the truck as the gate was locked and I had to go back to the facility to get them to cut the lock off. I was only given a $10.00 discount which only covered the cost of going back to the facility and then back to my house....not very helpful for my inconvenience.

The mobile check in is very confusing. I understand that we are in the midst of a pandemic but the pickup would have gone a LOT more smoothly if I could have checked in with a human at the very start. I was having trouble checking in on the mobile and had to resort going into the store for assistance. It took me over 30 minutes before I had the keys in hand.

Great service from Nolan! Easy and fast pick-up and return. The only thing I have a comment on is during this pandemic it would have been nice to know the truck and been wiped down sprayed with cleaner/disinfectant. I do not know that is or was not.

At first, we tried to do the mobile check in to practice social distancing and decrease in-person interactions, but it was taking a very long time. We ended up going in and were on our way within minutes.

The interior of cab was all muddy. BUT my biggest concern was the 24/7 pick up experience. On a sunny day on the east side if a building, even on the brightest setting, I could not see clearly the instructions or the photos I took. I finally figured out to move to a shady spot. Then the online interface with Uhaul was very slow...5 or more minutes before a response. It took more than 20 minutes total to get the code.

The app did work for the after hours rental, so it delayed my time by 2 hours. However, Rob at the Prime Storage location was amazing in giving us additional time, and he found my car keys hours later!! Great employee and facility!

The new manager, Rob was awesome. He went out of his way to be helpful and very accommodating when he worked with me when I was relocating my stuff. I rented a U-Haul van and was very satisfied with it. Rob was a great choice in the overall running of the facility. I had my storage unit there for 3 years and prior to the change in ownership I would not have recommended The Fortress. The place looked very run down and the paint was very faded on the exterior doors. There had been weeds growing around the buildings. However, now the exterior has been painted and the office looks fresh and clean with the new Prime Storage logo. As a Realtor who lives in Fishers, I would be glad to refer people there now. Again, Rob was great! I do have one suggestion. On the day the payment is due, your automated system begins to send multiple text messages, leave voice mails and send emails. I highly recommend that you change this system. It is very annoying and rude.

I did not check the mileage before leaving only to find out that I should have because we only drove the truck a max of 40 miles from Fishers, IN to Westfield, IN round trip but was charged for 89 miles. Will never rent or recommend this location ever again.

Was frustrated that I asked for truck 24 hrs and was made to bring it back before that time was up. Rep asked if I wanted to keep the truck longer after I arrived back to the office as instructed but at that point it was too late. Process was not explained to me when I placed my reservation and had to talk with 2 different people over the phone in order to get my key. When I arrived back, no one there despite sign saying someone would be there. Not an easy process and didn't make it easy for customer. Would have expected some kind of compensation/discount for the trouble but not even offered!

I am very frustrated by the poor and rude customer service of U Haul when i called for billing discrepancy. during the vehicle pick up i was not well communicated by the desk person about when the store is closed and no vehicle inspection was done with me. i returned the vehicle after 6pm and dropped the key in drop box, and i have being charged with late fee of $20 which is very absurd, secondly on the bill it shows i have returned the vehicle on 08/22 at 9:07 am. please make correction to the billing and let me know. The Uhaul website was not working properly when we went in to get the vehicle. It took almost 30 minutes to get checked in, and the storage facility employee had to call a U-haul employee on the phone a few times during the process of trying to get us checked in. However this was not the storage facility employee's fault, she was very helpful and tried really hard to get us on our way as quickly as possible.

Pickup location was great. Service from U-Haul was an absolute nightmare. App didn't work properly, half hour wait on the phone only to be told they didn't know why it wasn't working either. Overall, a mess best described by the exchange I had on the phone with the tech support guy: Support Staff: We've had a lot of calls already this morning about the app not working and people not being able to pick up their trucks. Me: Sounds like a big problem that someone is going to need to fix pretty quickly. Support Staff: To be honest, it sounds like a typical day at uhaul.

only one guy working on saturday morning. some customers where angry because the trucks they reserved online were not at the location. witnessed guy working there act nasty to another customer for no reason. customer offered to tell him his reservation number, the guy told him should go rent somewhere else. terrible! we waited an hour to pick up our truck.

They couldn't find my reservation, even after I had called to make sure it had come through. They didn't have the trailer size I had reserved, or any adapters for the light hookup.

This location needs more staff. When we first arrived, the truck I reserved was under my name was put under my fiancé's name for unknown reasons so we were told our truck wasn't reserved and there was nothing he could do for us because he couldn't find it in the computer. I had done everything online beforehand, but when I tried to check in prior to arriving that morning, it said that I had still not been assigned a truck. Then when we were told that we did not have a reservation even after showing my reservation, I tried to check in again and it finally worked. I followed the directions and it showed me our truck and it was sitting in the lot. We went back inside and showed him the truck number on my phone, and we left with our truck 30 minutes later. There were at least 5 people waiting in the waiting room at all times when we were there. It was too much for only one worker to be able to handle.

It took forever to make the rental plus it took forever to make the rental plus I had to question what everything was on my bill they put safe move on with out asking me or telling me about it. The truck had a bad vibration when going from 60 to 70 Miles per hour And most of the trip was at that speed. I paid for or at least I asked for two extra days took the truck back early by one day and was gonna be charged for a day there was too much confusion in this rental process !!!!!

There is no parking at all. Was charged a “cleaning” fee because they said I parked the vehicle in front of storage gate. Horrible experience!!

Add a latch or chains or something to secure the dolly and prevent it from rolling around while the truck is in motion. Tire pressure monitor was not working, but uhaul employee knew this before I rented the truck, and notified me of this issue.

After repeatedly declining the insurance I was charged for it anyway. I also was charged 160 for a truck believing that was the cost for the size until looking online later to find out it should have only been 39.

Not a great experience overall. I originally scheduled a pick up at 550 S. Rangeline Road, Carmel, IN. However, when I arrived at my scheduled pick up time, they informed me that my reservation was moved to Castleton at 4:45pm. Then I received a text message and voicemail that my reservation was moved to this Fisher, IN location at 9:30am. The location was fine and they were very polite. However, I do not understand that point of making a reservation at a location, then having it changed without notifying you previously. Further, it costed more, because the new location was further away. Very disappointed overall. Again, the location and people at the Fishers location were fine and did a nice job. UHAUL overall let me down though.
