Easy pick up and return. Very friendly service

BRIAN MStop over booking and telling your customers to bring the truck back so you can give it to another customer. Multi days bookings should be allowed if you need a truck for 2 or 3 days.
dameon sThis review isnt directed to prime limousine.no issues with the pick up at all. Uhaul needs to figure out their reservation system. Reserved a trailer near my house. Get called 2 days later saying not available. Had to drive 60km out of my way to pick it up. Trailer itself was excellent, towed beautifully and everything worked excellently.

Bruce SFast and good communication. IMPORTANT NOTE: I needed an appliance dolly and was able to add it to my reservation. When I called to confirm everything with the location, I was told that he did not have dollies or other equipment and it is an issue for a lot of people. I called a few other locations about a dolly rental and was told the same by them as well. Why does the website allow added items not offered? It would have been a real problem if I showed up and they were it was not there as asked, I had 6 appliances to move.
Jeff RGentleman was late. Could not process my cc tried email transfer, took to long, had to go up the road to esso, 3 withdrawals at $3 only could take out $400 @ a time. Then trailer lights didn't work. Was told to go to canadian tire to get a switch on my own. Roughly 2.5 hours.

Paul MWe arrived and it was closed, no place to go inside. Doors locked. He came out and tried to do everything on the phone and then went back into the house to get his computer. He then tried it again. Had to re do my order as it asked him all the same questions that I had already put in. It took forever. Nothing was ready for us and there was no jack for the trailer. It took us and the owner to lift it and hook it up to the Uhaul truck. Not impressed with UHAL or the place we picked it up.

Paul WI reserved a 6 x 12 ft trailer with 12 moving blankets to be picked up in Ancaster Ontario. The day before I was scheduled to pick up the uhaul trailer, U haul changed my reservation to the Upper James Hamilton pick up point. No representative of U haul was on site @ Upper James, the yard was a junk yard and the units were very un organized as the u haul units were parked where ever someone left the units. This made hooking up to the trailer and moving the trailer difficult. There was no blankets in the trailer as per my reservation. I had to call u haul to confirm the trailer pick up which took considerable time. The person on the phone was very help full and did a great job to get my reservation processed. BUT THIS PROCESS TOOK AN HOUR. Then I had to drive an hour out of my way to pick up the moving blankets that were reserved with the trailer BUT NO BLANKETS WERE AVAILABLE WHEN I PICKED UP THE TRAILER. I am sure you can understand my frustration because the upper james pick up depot looked like a junk yard, no u haul representative was on site, the pick up of the rental took over an hour, then i had to drive 1 hour out of my way to another u haul depot to pick up the moving blankets. Once i had the u haul trailer and moving blankets i had to now drive 1.5 hours back to the residence we were moving from. So my 9 am pick up reservation turn into an 3 hour process before i got process of picking up a trailer and the moving blankets completed. So i am out 3 hours and 50$ for the cost of gas for driving around the city to numerous u haul depots. The absolute kick in the teeth, was the final u haul depot where i had to drive 1 hour out of my way to pick up the blankets WOULD NOT COMP me two card board boxes that cost a grand total of 7$.
Tyler CI was expecting to pull into a business and instead pulled into what looked like a home with MANY cars and a single limo in the "parking lot". When we arrived a man was walking into the house however when I knocked several time no one answered until the 3rd knock, it was a woman who barely spoke English and barely opened the door I explained I was dropping off a ihaul and she called someone after closing the door on me I waited another 7-8 minutes before ringing the doorbell and she again pulled out her phone and again calling someone so I asked how long this would take and she rudely pointed the the side doors. I then knock on the side door and a man who clearly just rolled out of bed stumbled out not saying a word except doing something on his phone. Over terrible drop off location, although it was the closest in proximity I would have rathered to drive further to an actual U-Haul location.

Cory HI am super impressed. I had the opportunity to use your service twice in the last four days. The first encounter required me to deal directly with Micheal Arnold, Area Field Manager. He was awesome and made the process easy and simple. The second time I used the online service with no interaction with a customer service person and it was excellent as well.
