The location wasn't opened on time which ate into 40 minutes of my time. Although the gentleman was nice, he was not prepared. I was given the wrong key, I ordered a dolly and almost pulled off without it because there wasn't one in the truck. Which ate more into the time I needed to move. If I use Uhaul again, I'll be going to a different location.stephany M.
