Over-estimated the amount of fuel in the truck. Contract stated 3/8 tank when only 1/4 tank existed. This resulted in an overcharge for fuel when the truck was returned.Robert S.

Hours of operation were somewhat limited. The office didn't open until 10:00AM. However, I was able to drop off the trailer before then. I had called the day before and made arrangements to do so. The attendant that I talked to was very helpful and even though the office wasn't open everything worked out fine.ed L.

Fix your equipment issues. Trailer had a nearly bald tire and there was no spare available for the location to address it. Also, when a customer makes a reservation based upon the availability listed on your website, you need to do everything possible to honor that reservation. If a change is made by U-Haul, you should immediately inform the customer. My origin reservation had been moved several times to other locations, but I was never contacted. I did not know of the change until I went to my original pickup location and they informed me that they did not have the equipment and that my reservation had been changed to another location in another state. This caused a massive delay in my ability to transport and deliver a vehicle. My final pickup location (Priest River Pets), was very helpful and made sure to inform all employees to hold the auto transport for me for immediate pickup on the next business day because of the reservation screwups experienced with the original reservation.Adam M.
