gary cGive the employees a way to let the customer take their equipment on time, even if the uhaul website is down. I waited three hours past when I was supposed to leave...just because the uhaul site was down. I needed to be at my destination asap and lost hours of valuable time. The employees should have an offline computer program that allows enough information to be exchanged for customers who've already had reservations. If an employee can use their personal phone to take photos of the customer's driver's license, uhaul should be able to give them software to let customers leave on time. The trailer worked fine and the employees need more resources to help customers stay on schedule. Please invest in some offline capable software.
BRIAN GNot a thing all went good with the rental agreement and the manager of the place was really nice and polite about everything!
GERAL MReservation was for 8am, called and confirmed day before 8 am. Got there at 8am and nobody there could rent a uhaul. The “uhaul guy” finally showed up at 9:10. I drove 2 hours to be there at 8 because I had appointment at 830 to get started. Absolutely ridiculous and cost me time and money
